Been there 3 times. While they do a decent job, they charge different prices every visit for the same service. Gel fills $62 $74 $82
A customer came in with a service dog with vest that clearly said " Do not play with me, I'm on duty". The customer even stated that she had an illness that required attention from the service dog. A female nail tech continued to play with the dog, inspite of what she was told.

After visiting for the first time yesterday this will definitely be my last. I spent $82 on a gel pedicure and manicure. You pay $30 for a gel manicure then you pay $20 fee for using gel products for h/f, so what exactly is $30 gel manicure covering? These fees are outrageous and by the looks of it, they’re sloppy and just rushing you out the door. I am now out $82 and have bubbly polish because I am treated as a number rather then a paying customer. $82 and my nail polish looks awful. I am not one to complain and have my nails redone on the spot, however I’ll warn others to be very caution when using this salon. I immediately asked what the $20 gel fee was about, and your receptionist was less then friendly said it’s a gel polish fee. I visit different salons and never have I been charged for a gel manicure to then pay an additional gel polish fee. It’s the very next day and my toe is swollen and reddish and tender to touch.

Dear Posh Nail Daive Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share my recent experience at your establishment, as it was not entirely reflective of the excellent service I have come to expect and appreciate from Posh Nail Daive.
Yesterday, I called at 4:45 pm seeking assistance with removing Gel-X product at home. I have always trusted and admired the services provided by Posh Nail Daive, so naturally, it was my first choice for help. The timing of this interaction is a crucial factor in my feedback.
The receptionist informed me that the service would cost $5, and despite my confirmation, there seemed to be a miscommunication regarding the closing time. Initially, I was told 6 pm, but later I learned it was 5:30 pm due to a private event. This discrepancy left me feeling a bit frustrated, as I was considering visiting the Plantation location but faced uncertainty about the extra distance.
Upon my arrival at 5:13 pm, I felt somewhat rejected by the front desk interaction, which was quite different from my previous positive experiences at Posh Nail Daive. However, Angela provided me with exceptional service, making me feel comfortable and valued during the soak-off process.
While I understand the importance of the private event, the front desk's annoyed and obnoxious manner was unexpected. I overheard the manager allowing the front desk girl to leave early, which shed light on the situation but did not excuse the behavior.
To add to the frustration, my bill indicated a charge of $10, contradicting the information I received over the phone. Although this was rectified by the woman and manager, it left me feeling uneasy. I believe that there may be a need for better communication regarding services and prices among the front desk staff.
Despite these challenges, I want to express my gratitude to Angela for her excellent service. I believe that your team is capable of providing outstanding customer service, and I hope this feedback helps in maintaining the high standards that I have come to associate with Posh Nail Daive.

Have been going to Andy for over a year after randomly booking my first appointment with him. Always get dip nails that last 3-4 weeks, takes him 45 min to do the set without a design, very convenient.

Definitely one of the best nail sets I’ve ever gotten. I was visiting Florida when my nails I had gotten done from another salon back in my state were peeling off. I asked a friend where to go and she said here. I would for sure recommend Tommy. I got an acrylic set with chrome. He did such a good job, took his time, and stayed late just to finish my nails. I’m not from here so I was not expecting it to cost over 95 dollars, but considering the quality and service, it was pretty worth it.

The technician was super sweet. But the front staff got some manners to learn. No greetings, no response to thank you, didn’t even care when I was paying and I asked a question, basically brushed off every question being asked.
It was my first time there and I asked for the service menu. The front desk manager was annoyed. While I was waiting, I asked for the color selection card. He didn’t care.
I’ll think twice before going to this place.

To maintain my privacy I generally don’t leave reviews. This is a first, overdue, and SO well deserved. A few weeks ago my young daughter booked a last minute appointment at this salon for a set of gel nails. We were not in close proximity to the salon at the time and rushed to get there. It was almost closing time and we arrived late. Parker, who was literally getting ready to leave for the night accommodated her. She was incredibly patient, courteous, kind and SUPER METICULOUS with doing my daughter’s nails. Not once did she make either of us feel rushed or uncomfortable as a result of the inconvenience. She's not only a master at her craft, Parker's professionalism and demeanor are top notch!! I can’t give her enough praises. My daughter’s nails turned out SO beautifully!!! Thank you, Parker. We’ll definitley be booking with you going forward. You are truly a GEM!!! : )
