No lines inside, no lines for the drive through. Very organized. The gentlemen were friendly upon walking in, and Dave helped me with my transaction and helped me with my signature (which I didn’t know was not on file). Yeison helped me with my signature, adding my ID, and discussing a business account. He was so thorough explaining the many accounts including credit! My account was handled securely and the positive experience. Thank you for offering coffee, water, and tea guys!

Worst customer services, I had an appointment, and the banker wasn't in today, but nobody called to let me know or reschedule. I've been waiting 50 minutes and not helped, even though there were 3 employees with no customers, and one of those 3 employees was being biased with me because she assumed I spoke another language. I'm going to give PNC the benefit of the doubt in reference as a bank because it was recommended; but at the branch level, they should get capable stuff or better training.

Horrible! Sucked up my debit card and no one available to help. Happened to the guy after me, too. Bank closed soI am sol until they open again after the holiday.

This bank is in a great location, I hope pnc cleans up house and start fresh. Everyone seems lazy. When I walk in, they don’t want to help. I came to read reviews and I’m contributing one more star to the many they received in order for pnc to actually do something. There’s no good customer service here!

Avoid this branch. They are unprofessional, improperly trained. They lost my information. Messed up my Heloc signing and paperwork. They made me feel discriminated against, they have mislead me and made me feel like if i was the problem or as if the mistakes were mine.

Rip off bank establishment. They want all your money. 2% charge on a cashier's check. That means if I wanted to cash a check for 28k they charge almost $600. That's bank robbery!!

I Went there today trying to open a bank account for my mom and was greeted by Anna, then we talked to a representative (Cuban-italian) , sorry I forgot the name, and he was extremely helpful. We couldn't open the account but he pointed us in the right direction. Thank you very much.

I'm the VP of a public company and was looking to migrate my business to PNC. Literally came in ready to send a wire for $36.3 million to open the account and was told "Sorry there's no one here to open an account today" in the middle of a business day...... guess I'll park my money somewhere else. Too bad i was going to open an IRA too

Absoletly tge worst bank to try to leave. I fly to FL from CO just to close my account. All the guy did was hand me a check for my entire balance. I get an email on the 22nd saying i owe over draft fee on the 22nd. Never ever will i do business like that again. I put 100,000$ of dollars over the years and you cant even close my account properly.
