This Pak Mail is a family owned one. The service there is amazing since the first day I arrived. From father to sons there is a high quality service. Specifically, Alex takes care of all my packages like they are of his own. Thank God I made the decision to leave the Pak Mail US 770 at Harbor Shops in Fort Lauderdale and go with this one. You'll feel welcome to the store and they treat you as you're their family member. I highly recommend to anyone this Pak Mail in Davie. The owner, Alex, was INCREDIBLY helpful. I needed to get a package to an address next day at 6:30pm and he waited the couple extra minutes I needed so I could get it out.

I jusy want that I have been a customer a this location for many years and still till this day they've keep the same level respect and friendly service especially Alex he has been extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable when ever I have to step in the store or just have a quick question over the phone. The owners Alex and Juan are the best! I've been their customer for more than 10 years and everytime I stop by they treat me with excellent service. They always greet me with a smile and carry a positive attitude all the time. I have to say that they have never disappointed me for the 10 years I've been a customer. If you need notary, printing, shipping, packaging, or mailbox services this is definitely the place to go. Thank you guys for all that you do for me.

The owners are a father and son team. It’s family owned and operated and has excellent service and prices. I’ve found them to be extremely helpful. Highly recommend! I used them for notary services to get my Florida title, and also to ship packages.

Moving from Florida to New York and had 20 boxes to be shipped, including valuable items. Louis was great in making sure I had everything that I needed and that all boxes were taken care of for shipping. They went above and beyond building a wooden crate for the valuables as well to ensure nothing happened to them and provided updates daily on the progress and status. Definitely recommend as they made the shipping part of moving as painless as possible!
