I've never been to a dealership and felt so connected! I love the energy, staff, and professionalism! I took my Mercedes Benz to the actual Mercedes Benz dealership for a diagnostic check, I had 2 error codes, I took the print out to the National Auto Group Davie dealership and Steve said "no worries we'll take care of it, take this to Gus". Gus is the mechanic there, as instructed I took the print out from Mercedes Benz to Gus. Gus ordered the parts. He ordered Mercedes Benz Parts! Not just the advance auto parts, but the Actual Mercedes Benz Manufactuer part! Not to mention my car is running and drive like its brand new, better than the two I tested out at the Automation Mercedes Benz Dealership in Delray! Thank You to the whole staff over at National Auto Group Davie for not only an easy purchase, but for going the extra mile to fix my vehicle i've had my experiences and not all dealerships treat their customers like you guys! Very bad experience, i lost $4500 to fix the car they sold me and they told me there is no problem for this car! Be aware if they don't allow you to check out their car in other place, you need to runaway! Went to buy a 2010 Lexus RX450 from this car dealer in decDecem 2018, they didn't allow me to bring the car to check out from locall Lexus dealer, they told me definitely no problem for the car. After I shipped the car to Minnesota found out a big problem, I called them back they said the car broke down from shipments. I called the truck driver,he said he never heard such a bad lies before. I was too stupid for that decision that buying a car without checking out because i overly trusting people.

Ask for a gentleman, named flo.This guys know what their doing. Very excellent people & service.The best thing about all, their inventory are all great reliable cars.Flo would definitely help you out to reach your needs & wants.Also I thought it was very nice to get out of nation auto group with my tag, and car ready. Didn’t have to go thru a mission at a tag agency.Great place to buy your first car !

I inquired online for a very nice car and a salesman named Sean responded with no pressure which was a great surprise. I was pleased to find out it was still available. I was able to test drive and see many other beautiful cars available. So I actually switched to an even better car! Had some health issues and my credit was affected. Steve up there was very easy to work with and made the deal!! The head cheese even helped me when I was late for my appointment and helped me answer the last questions to make my decision and I’m ecstatic!! I’m a long time car buyer. Good and bad results. Happy to say this was a great experience!! I will be back to buy my next car and I will highly recommend them.

Very good experience, good cars.We bought an Audi and it gave us some problems, we returned and they exchanged it for a Mercedes Benz that is good and very nice, thanks to the autonation family and especially to our friend Johnny.

We all have our own experience when it comes to buying cars some good some bad but for me I can honestly say mine was great. I was driving by going to a friend shop and not looking to buy a car on that day and Sean wave me down telling me hey bro this car is calling your name and at the end I walked out with a great deal that I could not refuse for a nice BMW 550i. These guys they worked with me with my budget and were patient with me thru out the process. Had the car for a little over a month now and so far no big complaints at all beside I may need to change the AC Blower motor but hey its a used car so expect to fix some things. Steven, Sean and Flo Thank you guys!!!!!!

Never Ever buy from these thieves they will tell you they will help you finance a car then later on take your money and give you no car in the end and say your down payment is non refundable stay away from them they steal from hard-working people !!!!

My boyfriend went in and gave them a $3000 down payment on a car in which the owner took the money and sped off with it. Then later was told that he wasn’t approved for the car and told him that the down payment was non-refundable. Don’t go there they just want to take your money.

He was awesome the day I buy the car a week later I bring the car to check the breaks he charge me $300 for the fix and a week later went to my account and took $374 for the tag with any autorization and never cancel the transaction and a month later tried to enter my account again they are a joke PS don't by anything from them

I had the worst experience with the dealership it was a complete nightmare, I told Steve I wasn't interested in the car anymore he tried to charge me $100 for an inspection that I never authorized then when I refused to pay for the inspection he threatened to send all my information (Social Security Number, address, place of employment) to a collection agency.

Bought Mercedes 350CLK from them. Great experience, fast professional transaction. Car arrived in California in a week. Car was in excellent condition and was as described by the dealer. Highly recommend this dealer.
