I had the worst experience of my life at Nail District Beauty. The technician didn't even greet me, wore headphones, and was arguing with someone on the phone throughout the entire session. Despite the fact that a dip manicure is a lengthy process, she rushed through it and finished in a record time of 18 minutes. The result was disastrous: my nails ended up being all different lengths, two of them were ruined because she didn't let the polish dry properly, and she even cut me and filed two nails so harshly that she broke the skin and caused bleeding.
I immediately called the manager, who wasn't available. After spending 20 minutes on the phone explaining the situation, they asked me to come back to fix the mess they made. Today, when I returned, I was told the person I made the appointment with wasn't available and they couldn't see me. I asked to speak to the manager again, and after being told to wait for 2 minutes, they returned only to say the manager wasn't available.
This entire experience has been horrendous. The worst part is their complete disregard for customer service, proper hygiene, and safety precautions. The materials they used were terrible, as the polish on all my nails chipped off, and their handling of the situation when they cut two of my nails and drew blood was unacceptable. From my perspective, there is zero customer control and it speaks volumes about their lack of hygiene and safety measures. In the end, they never attended to me, wasted my time, and essentially told me that losing one customer doesn't matter as ten new ones will come.

I had thee BEST service at Nail District from start to finish. Check in was easy, wait time wasn’t long. My tech Kelly is gentle, attentive, and stands on business with the designs! I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated. Can’t wait for my next visit.
Requested style: I requested nude french tips with Disney nail art for an upcoming trip. Kelly kept it elegant and fun, all free hand, and matched my skin tone. I’m so happy with her work ? come see my girl and bring cash tip!
Cleanliness: The facility is clean, all new equipment opened and used. The space feels fresh. Great playlist and staff. Just an awesome place to come unwind. I had a lovely experience.

Requested style: I got powder dip on my hands and just a regular pedicure
Stylist: the nail tech I had was Kelly and she was so kind to me and understood what I wanted my nails to look like she is an amazing artist if you want something specific she will get it done plz request for her if u wanna have a beautiful design on your nails and walk out feeling so good !!

Love this place! I’ve been coming for 3 years and I always have a great experience. My mom and I come together and we do our nails with Tina and Cathy who are both amazing! They’re fun to chat with, always accommodating and very efficient.

Finally!! I’ve been searching years for a salon and nail tech that is very detail oriented and I’m so happy I went to Naim District. Kelly was beyond amazing!! Both pedicure and gel manicure were perfect! This is the best I have had in YEARS! I live in Pembroke Pines and this is only 15 minutes away. Thank you Kelly for being so patient and taking your time to create my perfect nails!! Don’t think twice and book at nail district !

This salon is so clean and the people are always friendly. The massage chairs are a great touch. Jenny has been doing my nails for a long time and she always does a great job. She makes me feel so comfortable that I almost fall asleep.
