Had a great experience. They were able to save me considerably on my Condo insurance. The agent I dealt with was Mily Ramos, awesome,
she took time to explain all my options. No pressure sales she told me to take my time go home and think about it before I decided. Loved it made the change on the spot. Professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.

Just completed an Auto Insurance quote and signing with Olga, and the process was totally stress free. I used online references to compare quotes and State Farm gave me the best price for the coverage I needed. Olga was transparent with the pros and cons of each plan and was knowledgeable in answering any question I had.

Have been woth agent for 2 years and the communication is poor email sent to agent via state farm web site go unanswered. Follow up emails from office don't occur. State Farm customer service takes a long time to wait online/call back. I am Very disappointed with quality . They can do better. Part of problem may be unengaged agent owner and new office staff. Seems to have been recent turnover of staff. They are courteous but don't know their customers and their needs.
