I visited Moda's with my mom on the day before Thanksgiving and received the best layered haircut I've had in the past eight years. I was very satisfied with their service. Additionally, I'd like to point out that despite the busy day, the owner made herself available and worked overtime for us.

This place was extremely dirty, very very dirty, every drawer that was opened, was full of dirty hair brushes, completely packed with hair and dirt. The walls were dirty. Everything was dirty. Her scissors were so dull they pulled my hair when she cut. I should've walked out in the first couple of minutes. Do not believe any reviews, it's obviously friends have been giving good reviews . Haircut was not great .

Amazing highlights blow dry and toner done by Elizabeth. She is very detailed and takes her time to make sure your hair meets your expectations and beyond. I highly recommend her.

If you are looking for your next salon you have found it. I came here for the first time over 10 years ago because I needed a break from driving all the way to Coral Gables to get my hair done and I wanted to make sure I was still going to get the quality and service I had at my previous salon. I did my homework and found that Elizabeth had the credentials and ratings that would make me feel good taking the leap. Needless to say I have been coming ever since. I just had my hair done again last week and came home looking so good that I even got a date night with my husband in the middle of the week. I have had everything done here over the years from Cuts, Highlights, Makeup, Manicures/Pedicures, to Braziian Keratin treatment. Everything has been top notch and professional. I highly recommend Moda Hair if you are looking for a great salon that will make you feeling like new when you leave.

I would rate it zero stars if I could. I was not greeted when I walked in, the woman who did take me back didn’t even introduce herself or asked me how I wanted my hair cut. She just sat me down in the chair. None of their tools are sterilized. She was pulling scissors and combs out of a drawer with other peoples hair in them. When I tried to clarify what so wanted, she started combining my hair extremely hard and sarcastically apologized. I got up and walked out before she even started cutting my hair. Do not waste your time or money.

I booked an appt here with Elizabeth upon moving to the Fort Lauderdale area. I was about 25 minutes late to the appt due to being new to the area and she was very understanding and although she had a client coming in after me she still accommodated. She went above and beyond during my services. I loved my hair cut and blow out.Services: Haircut
