I was so happy to find this place. They took very good care of my Frenchie, gave him lots of love and attention, and gave him a complimentary bath just before pickup. This place is not like other boarding facilities, where the staff leaves at 5pm, and then leave the dogs overnight unsupervised. They provide 24-hr supervised care, and the staff there are all animal lovers and love what they do. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place to keep your fur baby while you are away.

I appreciate this rescue organization because they prioritize the well-being of the dogs over financial considerations. They genuinely care about the dogs' interests. Many of the reviews seem to come from individuals who may not fully understand the responsibilities of dog ownership. It's important to recognize that if someone cannot financially support a dog, may outlive the dog due to age, or travels too frequently, it is not in the best interest of the dog to be placed with them.

They were so amazing with my Bella, prices are extremely reasonable. They went above and beyond with our doggie. Recommend them for sure!

Caring people who help others through helping Shitzu!
However Franz, the kennel attendant has no personal skills whatsoever and attempted to make me feel bad bc I was unable to keep my dog! Greatly offended!

Called to have my dog boarded while I was out of town (first time trying to use them). I said I have a medium sized Dalmatian and they told me they wouldn’t offer boarding for my breed. When asked why, The only explanation was “we’re short staffed at the moment”. So I don’t understand what my dogs breed has to do with that. I’ve seen larger dogs when passing by the area.

Very caring folks, no kill animal shelter concentrating on Shih Tzu's. We adopted 2 wonderful rescues.

They haven't updated their website and no longer do boarding according to the individual I spoke to on the phone. Allegedly they are now only a shelter for abandoned dogs.

Great place if you really care about your pets, France, Pearl, and Julian really took well care of our German Shepard Hachi?very responsive and attentive. Hachi stayed there for one month and a half, we really appreciate the care they have provided while we waited on the closing of our home. I highly recommend this place!!!

What an amazing place ? I found Miracle Acres nearly four years ago when I moved to the area. I needed a place to board my two dogs. They have cared for my dogs numerous times with them, honestly never worried about their care. Yes, it’s not a fancy boarding facility but what you have is people who truly care about animals. The money they make from boarding supports the care of so many abandoned and abused dogs untilthey are placed in forever homes. Unfortunately I lost both of my dogs within a year and I will miss seeing the staff at Miracle Acres. If you want your pet to be safe, cared for and loved bring them to Miracle Acres ?
