Worst experience ever, the Store Manager is a swindler. Please do not buy anything from this store. I went to this location to activate a phone, the guy from the beginning had an attitude with me. We brought an unlock phone to used their service. Next thing the phone didn’t work, service was not working. For my mistake I have to work at 1pm the same day. So, I couldn’t returned. I came back next day with a different phone to used. It was the same thing, but the guy didn’t want it to give the money back. Their police is final sale. I call corporate they said to me that the only person that can give me the money back was this scam store.Please listen ? they do not solve problems this people is terrible, if you don’t want to have a bad day. Do not buy from this store. The manager is disgusting disrespectful.

Purchased an iPhone with a line & we needed proof of residency, we asked for a simple receipt that showed the phone number and address. Jorge said this was not possible and there wasn't a way for them to provide us with anything. His attitude from the beginning was very careless & even cursed in front of us while speaking to another employee, not professional at all and a very unpleasant experience!

This place by far has the laziest employees. I had been to the store an hour before and noticed I forgot my wallet. I went inside and asked if they accepted Apple Pay. They said no. An hour later I returned and the salesman by the name Jorge greeted me and asked how he could help me. When I said I needed to upgrade my phone his response was, " the system has been down for 3 hours." I told him I had been by earlier and he flat out argued with me that I had never been there. The employee I spoke with earlier confirmed I had been there. Jorge signaled him and continues to stick to his story that system was down.
