Good luck getting any help if you need it with your phone want to say have your money they don't care for you I'm going to 3 weeks without my replacement phone and I keep getting blown off customer service don't help call in the store doesn't help

Well Nicholas did give me great service when I got my new phone but I have issue with the phone now and I'm do a replacement phone I'm still waiting on that almost 3 weeks later he's stringing me along and that's bad for business it should not take 3 weeks to get my phone

Unbelievable experience with Nicholas as a metro tech. Wow he was amazing me with all is knowledge and his creativity. Going to this metro store was the worst experience in my life. First off I got the deal for the $99 iPhone I was thrilled. However, I never got a receipt or anything and the man behind the counter said here’s a free case and a free screensaver that goes with it. I was very happy I left the store. I paid 160 some dollars that day and I walked out of the store a happy person. That night I couldn’t hear nothing from the phone I had to take it back to the store. It had a wrong screensaver on it and it was covering the speaker. Then they told me to come back in two days because I’d get my discount for my upcoming bill. And I did and that was done. I still never got a receipt or a bill for the phone Which I wanted to receipt to prove that I paid for it. Nothing said but a month later I get taken out of my regular checking account $80 for the cell phone. I can’t understand why am I taking $80 for the cell phone it was bought and paid for. Here I called him and they tell me no the cell phone was paid for. However the accessories that I got came to close to $800. I had two screensavers at $80 each. A couple cases at $80 each. A wall charger some little chargers and this came to the fact that they want me to pay $80 a month for 10 months now. First off there’s no way in my right mind would I ever pay $80 for a screensaver. A piece of plastic. I never seen that. I never signed or agreed to that. But yet they’re investigating me. They claim that I have to pay all this money back for these accessories. That I got a blue case and a clear case. No, this man handed me a clear case and said here it was thrown it, and it comes with the phone. I didn’t really like a clear case. If I had to buy one I would’ve gotten a different one, but . I never had a blue case to screensavers a wall charger. And I would never pay that much money for those accessories at all. So now it’s being disputed with the bank. I’m going to have to actually close my bank account or get a lawyer. I just can’t believe that they got away with scamming me that much money. So yes, I got the phone for $99 and it’s a beautiful phone. But how they snuck all these little things on my bill. And I do see that there’s no prices of any of that stuff. That’s hanging on those walls back there in this metro store. so I said to anybody before you ever go into that store. Be very careful because they are going to add outrageous amounts of money to your bill without you knowing it.

Through the good and bad Metro has provided me good service. I've had the pleasure to receive great service and attention from Nicolas at the Davie, Fl office. Michelle is very smart, and attentive. It's not always about sales, it's about people.
