So we were determined on getting a mattress. Went to mattress firm where Eric W. So graciously helped us. Not only did he listen to what we wanted, he answered all of our questions helped us understand the craftsmanship and differences of mattresses and all the different bases . The entry to the store was a bit confusing. Needs a large sign on the door.The sales attendant was pleasant ,no stress,fuss or trying to force a sale . Very polite ,respectful and understanding individual. Great asset to the company. Overall my experience with a very positive one .

Kudos to Eric W. He really took the time to properly address all my questions and concerns. Very knowledgeable individual with great customer service skills. Wish everyone dealing with the public were more like him. He was a pleasure to deal with and can wholeheartedly recommend him to everyone! This company is very fortunate to have him as part of their organization. Loved their sheets. Too bad they no longer sell the bamboo ones.
