Nice strip mall with lots of parking. Biggest area that is central to the shopps is the target. Very big clean well lit shop with a Starbucks in it. Off to the side are the other shops. A Large dollar store a painting place, Ross, The Greek Joint, Panda Express, Chick Fil A, and Steak and Shake.

Tiger Stripe tea was very good with 50% sweetened level. Red Bean bun was good despite the seeds. Spot is very cute for pics. Service was great. Def will visit again

This is a great shopping plaza, good stores and restaurants, my only gripe about this plaza is getting in and out of it. They have the WORST entrance/exits of any shopping center by far. Just one exit lane on Stirling that goes west so traffic is severely backed up especially during peak times and the other exits are on University Dr that all go north so if you have to go south or east you have to quickly drive across 3 lanes to make a U-turn, good luck with that! For that reason alone, I hesitate coming here.
