I will never go back there it after my excellent vet, (Dr. Bishop was temporary closed, he, s answer machine gave me reference to here, I am horrible terrified of what they did to my 20 yr. Old cat, they would not allow me in room, kept her for 4 n1/2 hrs for a urine example, they were mad at me because I reported them to Dr bishop who's been my cat, s vet for 20yrs,that they charged me 312.00 dollars, to tell me my cat was dehydrated n wwrw trying to talk me into putting her down when I first called, told them I believe it5a urine infection, the first visit they never checked,so I told Dr bishop because they wouldn't get back to me, next day they called, very abrupt with me, went for visit, white hair nurse grabbed bag from me, wouldn't allow me in room, I came back 4 times, still wouldn't let me see my cat, 41/2hrs.latwr be I insisted on getting my cat, she was all drugged up, hissing n bite me, they abused her, she has never ever bite me . And she couldn't keep her eyes opened to next day, they said they had to send urine out, that's a lie, Bishop always tested with pee stick, n when Jeanette called 3 says later, on my answer machine, she very snuggly said, no uh ribe infection, I guess she just wants to be that way! How unprofessional, my cat has gone to another ver, said she has a severe urine infection and it's been so long before she got treated for it now it's Hitler kidneys so I don't know if she's going to live or die and unfortunately Dr Bishop lost a 20-year-old custard because of that place if you love your animal don't bring them there!
