Whoever is driving their truck is extremely disrespectful. The driver cut off at least 5 cars while the passenger flicked off each one like a child. Grow up. If they act like that on the street imagine how they're handling your product/money.

Great experience at Jerry’s! I had a 25 year old aluminum “sling” chair, fabric torn & shredded. Sling replaced perfectly, excellent work & good price. Salesman was friendly & knowledgeable. I will use them again & send my friends there too.

Just moved to Miami in November and wanted some furniture for our condo's balcony. After deciding on what kind of furniture we wanted, we called and spoke to Steve at Jerry's Casual Patio. He had several types and brands on display, and he was thoroughly knowledgeable about everything the store carried. Normally, we would sleep on a decision before 'pulling the trigger' to purchase something, however, Steve helped us to feel 100% confident about what we were about to purchase. So, we ordered the items we wanted on the spot. Now, we can't wait until our patio furniture is delivered!

Purchased and paid 3208.00 on 9/11/22. The table finish is coming off every where. In two weeks, under a full covered patio, screened in, my table looks horrible. Under the finish the color is brown but the table is grey. How disappointing. I'm hoping that they will allow an exchange. Just waiting to hear from management, will keep you posted.

If you are looking for one of the ‘best patio’ furniture stores please consider Jerry’s .. I have use them for over 25 years and in a time and customer service doesn’t exist... they go above and beyond to help with selections.. and deliver exactly what they promise ...I would give them a “Six Star ⭐️ “..rating ..you will not be disappointed when you shop at the store..

I can only say wonderful things about this patio store. I took 4 pieces of patio furniture to re-sling. They were helpful in the selection of fabric, many choices. The work was done on time and they are beautiful.I would not go to any other patio store.

I’m new to the area and was looking for a patio table for our new home in the west Davie area. I called this patio furniture store (Jerry’s) and inquired about a particular table that we need. This review is being written during the pandemic. I told the store person I spoke with that I did not feel comfortable going to the store (have pre-existing condition) but that perhaps if he could send a picture of the table I would be willing to purchase it over the phone to have it delivered. He then told me that he had customers in the store and that he could not attend to me or send me a picture of the table without me coming to the store to see it personally. I explained that I understood that he was busy and that I could call it a later time to perhaps take a look at a picture and order the table; however, he told me that he could not sell me any furniture unless I don’t come to the store. He was not nice on the phone and dismissive of my concerns. I will not buy any furniture at this store ever. Today’s date 5/30/20

Ordered new made to order patio cushions. Their salesman "Steve" is such a knowledgeable and I deem an expert in outdoor furnishings. Very on point and already pretty much anticipates a customer's reactions when making decision about a purchase. Wonderfully entertaining and we personally enjoyed shopping here. He is a keeper.

Breezesta is by far the best patio furniture, and Jerry's Casual Patio is the place to get it! Don't live in Florida? Don't let that stop you. I bought a set, and it was delivered, and put together at a family members home in Florida. They are moving to the same state I am in, so it was to be moved with them. Well...that's not going to happen!!! They want to keep it in Florida, because they love it so much. We went back to Jerry's and ordered another set. I got smarter this time; it's being shipped to my house! The color pictured is "seafoam." On the manufacturer's web site, it looks mint green. It is a BEAUTIFUL, BRIGHT shade of aqua!! Very tropical, and beachy looking. I also love how the table is attached. Perfect for narrow patios or balconies! They'll work with you over the phone, and ship anywhere. Give them a call for great customer service, and advice!

We recently stopped in to Jerry's to purchase new patio furniture. Jerry's has a wide selection of name brand quality patio furniture. We had some ideas of what we were looking and with the help of the salesman and his suggestions we picked out beautiful Woodard patio. We special ordered the items, they came in and the delivery was handled by there driver who was Uber professional. If I could give 6 Stars they deserve it. Jerry's patio shop is great.
