Dr Falco was very efficient in setting up my appt at a convenient time and then sending reminders. She was very prompt in seeing me at the scheduled time. Dr Falco explained in detail the cause of my recent new vision problem. She offered a simple way to correct the problem using eye drops. I recommend Dr Falco 100 %
