I bought 4 boxes of cookies. I received only one box. After 4 emails and a phone call finally they replied refunding the 3 boxes and offering$10 credit. Many back and forth emails where I requested a partial refund of $12 shipping . They told me that I was getting a value with $10 credit. Overpriced and very poor follow up I dislike Amazon and I wanted support other businesses. I will go back to Amazon.

Really??? oh and here is another quote from him \"Lisa, I think your expectation is too high and we'll not be able to serve you anymore in the future. Order came very fast! The packaging was perfect, a lot of packed ice, bag. Cheese arrived fresh! I’m looking forward to eat tiramisu already ? very happy that I found you and will definitely order from your store. And I read previous comments about packaging and I can disagree because the damaged product might be related to transportation issue not the seller. But every case is different. Anyway, thank you!!!

LYING CUSTOMER SERVICE! STAY AWAY! I ordered three packages of pasta flour. One was completely damaged, while another one had a smaller hole on the side. Both packages were loosing flour. Unfortunately the seller just refunded me one, because he was of the opinion it's "not a problem - i can still use it". I paid 9.06 dollars for the delivery, and received 2 out of 3 in damaged condition. Sorry, but this is unacceptable! Serious suppliers would have refunded me both - because it was their poor packaging (they wanted to save money, and use a very small bag - so the flour bags were squeezed together), which caused the damage. I will never order from this website again! EDIT: Although the owner claims (see below) they have refunded me two items, they have just refunded me one as of February 9. I attached the notification I received by email on Feb 8 - USD 4.48 is for one package. I can only recommend to stay away from this seller. He is laying.

Good selection of great products, careful and efficient shipping, and free shipping over $70. makes it hard to go wrong. I was very impressed with how carefully the boxes were packed and will definitely order from this business again. I am living in deep isolation at present, and this is where I will be doing some of my holiday shopping this year!

Unfortunately, this vendor has made a simple order a miserable experience. There were 2 missing items out of a very small order of 10 items shipped from Florida. I had to fight for a refund of $11.49 out of $62.16 total. They played games and processed refunds over a 2 day period and he still owes me 90 cents. It's laughable. I do not recommend this place. Also, the review from Alessandro is the guy in customer service at this vendor who handled my order so badly.
