Beware. Terrible dealership stay far away. Do not listen to the 5-star reviews on here they are all bought or fake. Their attitudes towards buyers come across as scammy and unconcerned. They fein interest until you give them money then afterwards they ghost you. I still haven’t received my license plate or my title. It’s been 2 months and crickets. Every time I try to contact them they don’t answer. I have reported them to the attorney general of Florida who in turn contacted the DMV.

Don't go. Place is a scam and all cars are rigged to fall apart. Make sure you don't sign an AS IS contract with them unless you want to be on the side of the road within the first week

There is no better place to get that car you want!I saw the Toyota GR86 and fell in love with it; I called, and Mimi was super nice on the phone providing details of the car.I went the next day to see the car and check if I could take it home, and since minute one, they were the most amazing staff with my mom and me.They received me with the keys to the car, no joking.Then Lizzy made everything possible to get the best financing option available.Once everything was settled, Nino took care of my car to be in perfect condition to leave. He explained all the details and features; he wouldn't let me go without sharing some specs with my husband.If you are looking for a better place to get that car you want, sorry, there is no other place than Import Haven.I will always be grateful and blessed to find them and their assistance through the process since arriving at their facility and after services.

My girlfriend bought a car at first everything seemed perfect until when I noticed that the front of the car was coming off I asked if it was normal they told me because of the suspension anyway believe me we are going to Miami and one of the wheels had burst, we called and they said " it happens to everyone" didn't help at all. The other day we were jogging and we noticed that when the car goes over 80 it starts to jump and all the lights come on and we have to stop! Another thing the car makes more noise than it runs waste of money do not buy any car from them they are all scam.

My advice test drive and get your 5 min of fun and leave because the car will break down and leave you spending thousands. Way overpriced and they think nice words help sell trashy cars. Don't do it.

They are amazing and incredibly patience. Wonderful Family. It's turns out their alot of problem on my car less then months. I end up paying $5,000 dollars less then year on just having the car. My advice to someone coming here is to bring your own mechanic and check it out other than listening to their sweetheart word's. I recommend not to buy any car there but it at your risk.?♀️

Thank you Nino and Liz for the help. They assisted me for 2 days and waiting a long time as I had some trouble during the process but Liz made it easy and fun. They definitely treat you like family and even offered lunch when it was taking long. Nino knows his cars and teaches you what to do and not when purchasing a vehicle of your choosing. Will definitely stop by again for additional help and send some friends over who need beautiful cars. If you really are worried about the cars, the VIN for all of the cars is on the website. You can run a CARFAX report and know exactly what you are getting.

SCAM SCAM SCAM buyer beware notice how all the reviews are 5 stars no in-between they say warranty for all vehicles but will hang you up to dry when it eventually has a problem 2 hours later don't fall for it
