Very unprofessional and I feel scammed. The stylists name is Gloria. I went in for an ombre/balyage and they gave me highlights. There was no dimension or even toner/root shadow at first(I had to request it after she finished) They wouldn’t accommodate me for it. These are the most expensive highlights you’ll ever get (since they charge the ombré price of $400). Before leaving she offered to blow dry one stand, and thank god, because I was super blonde and washed out(pic in the chair). There was NO gradient. So the lady went back and darkened the roots like how she should’ve done in the first place..and even said to herself, ‘oh yea that does look better..’ I thought it was fine after that and trusted she fixed it, but after my hair dried completely (blow drying it was ANOTHER fee on top of the $400+ so I had to opt out)I saw how bad it was. So flat. There was a clear harsh line, shown in the pics, and she didn’t blend the darker dye at all. I truly believe the lady that did my hair didn’t understand what an ombre was.. I confronted them about it, and they said she used the ombre technique, and we aren’t going to refund you. I said, at least make it so it’s the price for a highlight since that’s all this was. They said no. Terrible customer service. If things go wrong don’t expect them to move an inch. I have since gone to another salon and they did an amazing job on my hair. If you go here just get the highlights don’t over pay like I did. Wont be going back.

Gloria was my hair stylist! I came in for a hair consult because I was unsure what kind of hair cut I wanted. Gloria gave me her professional opinion and decided to shape my hair to my face and add layers to add extra volume to my hair. She was able to fit me into her schedule the day of my consult, which I was so appreciative of! Gloria is an amazing hair stylist and I recommend her to everyone!

Marco & his colleague saved my daughter's Sweet 16th day!!! I arrived from another salon that did a travesty on my daughter's hair. Marco was schedule to only do the makeup and thank goodness he accepted the challenge to fix her hair. Not only my daughter ended with a beautiful hairstyle, but also a beautiful makeup. He accepted some recommendations we gave, and she looked beautiful. Thank you so MUCH!!!!! It was worth every penny.

Wow what an experience!! I worked with Marco! He is absolutely fabulous!!! It’s been 8 years since I’ve touched my hair and decided to go BOLD . Chopped about 10inches got lovely layers and a beautiful red . Marco is super informative, makes you feel super comfortable and absolutely knows what he’s doing . I couldn’t be any happier .

Before my appointment, I informed the receptionist that I have very thick, long hair (just above my waist) and needed a stylist experienced with textured hair. I explicitly said, "My hair is much thicker and fuller than average hair. I am Polynesian, so this hair is different. Do you have someone with proper experience with textured hair?"
When I sat down, Gloria asked what I wanted, and I specified:
Cut off the dead ends but keep the length (long)
Long layers
Light framing around my face for when I put my hair in a ponytail
We agreed to cut 2-3 inches. However, Gloria cut 5 inches (my boyfriend says 6 inches). When I expressed concern, she admitted to cutting about 4 inches, which is still almost double what we agreed on.
My hair is now a black blob with very thick, short, chunky layers. Gloria never saw my hair dry; they took me straight to wash it. She didn't understand the thickness and volume of my hair. My naturally gorgeous hair, never dyed and cut once a year, was ruined. Thick, wavy hair needs long layers to weigh it down and reduce bounciness.
In my 20 years of haircuts, it always takes a stylist 45+ minutes to style my hair. Gloria chopped it off in 20 minutes—too fast to pay attention and notice she was destroying my look.

Today, people who know me stopped, stared, and didn't say anything. My client asked, "What happened to you?" My dad sighed when I told him. My boyfriend said I still look good but agreed she messed up my hair.
While my hair will grow back, it'll take roughly 6 months to get my look back. This is unacceptable, and Gloria needs to take her job more seriously.
EDIT: A retired stylist friend said, "The type of layers the stylist gave you leaves your hair too top-heavy. It’s not a bad cut but it needs thinning out for better weight distribution. Sadly, growing it out is the best way to fix it. Cutting it shorter now will make it look much shorter due to your hair texture."
I blame this on Gloria not giving me a 2-minute consult with dry hair to see its fullness before washing it and the 20-minute express haircut. Gloria was so so confident in her skills, but she failed with me. I never asked for short hair.

Inexperienced. Very bad haircut. Choppy and not blended in at all. This is the worst haircut experience. I do not recommend this place at all.

That was my first time visiting Inscape Beauty Salon and I had Milana as my hairdresser. I couldn't have asked for better service. She is so effortlessly talented and you could tell she's been working with hair for decades. She makes you feel so comfortable in your seat and makes sure you're getting exactly what you want done with your hair. I'm definitely coming back to this salon!

First visit here at Inscape. The whole experience from start to finish went above and beyond my expectations. Milana is so kind and knowledgeable. She's been the first stylist to really take my hair type in consideration as she was thinning out my hair. I came in with heavy, long, wavy hair and came out feeling light and fun. This salon and its staff are a hidden gem, highly recommended ?

I've been seeing Milana for about a year now and I've been very happy and pleased with how she does my hair. She is extremely experienced and knowledgeable and always does a great job. I highly recommend her.

I have been coming to Gloria at Inscape for years. My hair is dark, with some gray, she has to do a base color and then highlights, its a multi process. (Not easy). I have very high expectations & standards. In the past, I've had my hair done in New York, London, and West Palm beach. Gloria has always done a beautiful job. She is an extremely talented and experienced hairdresser. My daughter lives in Boca. She also has dark hair but likes that ash blond look. She went to someone in Boca and they ruined her hair. Gloria did a wonderful job restoring her hair and giving her just what she wanted. Note: I posted this review because: Yesterday my daughter and I were both getting our hair done, highlights & color. A young woman came in and literally threw a fit because Gloria was not available to "BLOW DRY" her hair!!! She further went on to post a nasty review but failed to mention that it was ONLY for a "BLOW DRY" and that Marco did a beautiful job drying her hair. Hairdressers rely highly on reviews, it's their livelihood. Gloria is a sweet lovely lady who always cares about her clients. Furthermore, she is an experienced professional. We spent $600. at this salon yesterday, and my daughter and I are very happy with the results. I highly recommend Gloria, she never disappoints.
