I got my hair colored dark and I wanted blond. Instead of treating my ends , she cut my hair short. Worst part is my gray hairs are not covered. To top off air conditioning in this location was not working. I feel like crying.
Specialties: I went fort to Miriam for highlights. Half of my hair fell off. So I tried someone new this time sharise and it was just as bad. I will never go back.

Came in with a four-year story of my hair journey, which Joan was gracious enough to listen to and understand. We ar talking years of different colors lots of damage and when I tell you, this miracle worker brought my hair back to life and for those of you who like colors, she gave me a perfect blend of blonde pink and purple faded perfectly. My hair is so healthy and it was more than I can ever imagine it would be. So great ful. Thanks so much Joan.

I’ve been going to this salon for years but recently I’ve lost faith in them . Every stylist I loved cutting my hair has left. Twice I’ve had Marci who charged me $47 for a slight trim wash and blow dry. I know things have gone up but in previous years for a more detailed cut I was never charged that much. I’m looking to go somewhere else .

1-6-24 Went in to get a trim, and a tall, very tan, white haired lady cut my hair. My hair was fairly long bangs under my chin. NOW, bangs are shorter than the tip of my nose. It So uneven and she thinned my hair out so much I barely have any. Be very careful! Funny thing is I never had a problem there before. NEVER going back!

I told the Haircutter i part my hair to the R. side & he forgot immedietly & combed all my top hair straight back & started cutting the top of my head wich has no almost no hair left. Thats why they call it a combover to hide the center bald spot. I said excuse me i part my hair to the right to remind him but by that time it was too late......after the cut he did not show me the back with the mirror thing cause he knew he made a big mistake. I gave him a nice tip cause im a good guy but im not happy & will not return there again. Looks like a 4 year old cut my hair but Noooo Problamo, low quality, bad service for premuim pay is the norm everywhere in S.Florida now & Bidens American way ?? ?
