The customer service at the State Farm was excellent today. Above and beyond! I am so pleased with the care that I received from Vivian Rodriguez. I had a problem that she was able to resolve for me and even contacted the DMV three times on my behalf. She deserves to be recognized for making sure my needs were met. Wow. No words. Thank you Vivian!!!!!

Worked with Nady to get auto replaced. Very friendly and very thorough. In less than 1/2 hour she had it handled and via email I immediately was in receipt of a temporary insurance card. Agency was recommended by a close friend who has been there for several years. Thank you for the personal service !
