Went to drop off Christmas decorations and other household items that were still in good shape. The lady attending (sorry, forgot her name) was very kind and helpful. She helped me to unload the items I was donating. Very grateful for how well I was treated. Will donate again. Thank you.

People, this is a donation center, and they do get a-lot of junk dropped off. If they are full or busy it is not a department store, take your u wanted stuff somewhere else or throw it away yourself, they are not a maid service.

"Open till 8pm". Showed up at 3:30 and very rude woman yelled to us as we walked up "we're closed and full" and closed the door to sit back down with her headphones in.

Really bad service!!!! We got in to leave donations and the guy that was there kick us out telling that they were “full”. A donation is a donation and they should receive it anyways.

I’ve donated items here in the past with no issue. Today I arrived around 3:30, which is well before closing time at 8pm. There was a sign that said closed and be back at 2:30. An employee was sitting in the storefront playing on her phone. I opened the door, assuming they forgot to change the closed sign. The door was unlocked. The employee said “we’re closed. Can’t you see the sign.” Unclear why a business that is staffed and has doors unlocked during business hours would be closed.

I went to donate 5 boxes of clothes, books, movies, games, Christmas decorations, everything was classified in boxes and the lady that was working today 08/23/20 at 2:30 pm didn’t want to receive nothing, because they don’t accept boxes, and she was more worried and paying more attention to her celular phone that to do her job. Very disappointed

Attempted to donate 6 boxes of used and unused housing items and clothings and shoes. Although the office is OPEN , I was informed it was not accepting because they are full. Pointed to another Goodwill near Griffin , given the same reason by Goodwill employee. Informed are also full. Ended up going to dumpster throwing 6 boxes of items that could have used by those in need especially this time of pandemic, I’m truly disappointed.?
