Horrible company! This company needs to go bankrupt. They won't honor the warranty that they sold me. The warranty was for a controller and was supposed to be replaced with a new one for a small cost and they switched it up apparently and won't honor what was already purchased and agreed upon. Avoid all GameStop locations! They do not deserve your business!!

My husband has been trying to play Playstation with our daughter for 3 days now. The first used PS5 controller he got from this location had joystick issues so he went the following day to have it changed for another . The second used ps5 controller also had issues. Once we realized this we'd decided to give up on the idea entirely. Tonight he tells me they wouldn't issue his money back after selling him two faulty products. This store is scam . I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

I’ve gotten 2 Used Ps5 controllers from this location and they both have issues . I recommend asking them to test any used controllers before leaving the store.All I want to do is play balders gate 3 with my daughterLater today i tried returning the second broken controller sold to me so i could get my money back and the store employee told me they could only do store credit.THEY ARE SELLING Playstation controllers that are not tested.I Hate this store . worst experience of my Life. I would never go here again. Please go to the store in sunrise or on broward boulevard.I ended up having to buy a new controller.take my advice and have a good day.

AWFUL. Lack of communication between employees, and terrible customer service. How can you not have the keys to retrieve the physical copies of the games to sell?! I waited over an hour for a manager that was allegedly 20 minutes away. Eventually I had enough and left. Employee was not apologetic or concerned in any way. He really didn’t seem to care.

Scammer. Items on discount table are not discounted. They put things on the discount table that are not discounted claiming there is no where to put them. But they will not inform you it's not discounted. The store owner is extremely dishonest. Avoid this store at all costs

A terrible experience in terms of customer service. With the presence of 2 cashiers, I was over 15 minutes waiting next in line to pay. Result: $115 not sold due to the indifference of both cashiers

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the delay in the opening of the GameStop store located at 2220 S University Dr Davie, FL 33324. Today is august 15, 2023 and I arrived at the store at 12:30PM, expecting it to be open as per the regular operating hours. However, it's now been 40 minutes past the scheduled opening time, and the store remains closed.What adds to my dismay is the fact that I can see an employee inside the store premises, who appears to be aware of the delay but has not taken any action to open the store. This level of disregard for customers' time and expectations is both disheartening and unprofessional.I value my time and the shopping experience, and this incident has left me with a negative impression of GameStop's commitment to customer service.
