George & Sarah where an absolute pleasure to work w/.
George helped me get the prepaid label placed on the package, & smoothly finished wrapping it for shipping.
George got everything done in about 5 minutes? I spent 3x that much just waiting at Office Depot for someone to help me ship the same package -- until I figured I should go to a real FedEx location instead. Unbelievable.
Anyway, will be returning to this location any time I have a FedEx shipment.
George should definitely get a raise.
Really not sure why this store has such low reviews. It's clean, quiet, nice location, & excellent service.

Simon is a multi-tasking maestro!! Great service, friendly customer attention. Visited on 6/10/24 for printing, binding, etc. Simon was the only person on staff but greeted every customer, kept the work flow going and got everyone taken care of quickly and with a smile. Don’t lose this guy…he’s a winner!

If you are in luck to be servesed by some of the good reps it will be a seamless experience. I went today and tried to use scan and go the guy not only didn't know but didn't even try. He was rude. I don't think I'll be going there.
Fedex please train your employees on the systems you use and also on customer service.

This is a great store you can trust! Nowadays, every business is about shipping and e-commerce, but not a lot of places can take the time to actually understand what you need individually, so it’s nice that this location is there to help. I know that no matter what I need from here it’s going to be taken care of without issues. Plus every who works there has been super nice so that’s always a bonus! I’d for sure recommend coming here for really small items or your bigger ones, they’re going to help you and be kind either way… and that means a lot to someone like me.

I've had to go to a few FedEx branches for shipments and package pick ups. To be truthfully honest I dislike most branches and never feel I get satisfactory service. I can say whoever runs this store has done a good job at turning my opinion around. A pleasant atmosphere and fast attentive workers. My packages were handled quickly and I couldn't be more thankful for Sarah's help. Keep this up and I'll happily come again.

I when to this FedEx to print a resume that cost $.98 cents next day I checked my bank I was charged $25.00 I came back and requested to speak to the manager wend he came to speak to me he looks nervous He said that's the policy an thats how much I selected to paid. (Two things) I never picked such of payment option.This is unbelievable like I never in my life I print something before $25. Dolls for a 2 black and white papers makes not Sense.This guy thinks I am and ignorant Woman..Be careful when you walk out from this facility remember you living your personal info. And chances are you been charged.

Today 11/28/23 was my first visit to this location. I looked at reviews of places closer and decided to try this location. Glad I did. The young ladies at the counter were very helpful, friendly and kind. I will make this my go to FedEx site from now on.

DO NOT SHIP YOUR IPHONE TRADE-INS FROM HERE. I’ve had 2 iPhone trade-in boxes reported returned empty from Apple and 1 phone swapped after dropping them off at this location.
