Five stars for Mack & Jay. They were very professional and courteous. This was a very good first experience at this location. I recommend posting a curve side sign to make it easy to locate for first-time visitors.

the lady at the Enterprise desk was so rude to me for no reason both when I picked the rental up and when I dropped it off. She was asking me about the service and I told her the car was unreliable because it was electric and she tried to convince me that a Nissan Leaf is a hybrid and uses gas, so I didn't have to charge it (that car has no fuel tank mind you). She was nicer to my girlfriend than me because she "has a familiar face". Never going to this location again, i'm not paying $25/day for subpar service and gaslighting from staff. The reason I'm giving 2 stars is because Rick Case Honda mechanics are super nice.

I was absolutely satisfied with the attention, courtesy, professionalism also very attentive. The blonde lady was absolutely above and beyond with my rental she is awesome!

My experience with enterprise at 8393 pines boulevard was a excellent choice for me. Customer service was great and they even gave me a ride home well rent again from Enterprise on pines 8393 pines boulevard

Horrible customer service, cars are dirty and they don't understand the purpose of a reservation. I've been here an hour passed my reservation, and still no car. The worst enterprise I have ever dealt with. If I had any other option, I would never use this location again. The absolute worst.

I love this place, great customer service and very professional, when to get a rental and Gaby made sure I left there satisfied, never been so excited to write a review I had no problems getting the car or dropping it off gaby was very helpful.

BEWARE OF THESE THIEVES! NO RESPECT TO CUSTOMERS.Refuse to take my calls, answer emails, or even acknowledge my claim.These people are thieves!!! They tack on all these false fees, charges, and purposefully mislead you into adding on additional coverages to then not let you dispute any of these when the time comes. They refuse to answer calls and emails, and corporate is not much help.The car was a piece of junk too. During the walkthrough the attendant laughed because she ended up highlighting the entire car red on the tablet with all the dents, scratches, and prior damage the car had before renting it to me.BEWARE! THIEVES AND LIARS!

Be careful where you get your rentals from. Some locations like the Pembroke Pines on pines and 172 ave has no clue about customer service. Miles the branch manager should not be in a customer service position of any kind.Rick Case Honda has been my best rental experience. I'm always greeted with a smile and they understand customer service. It really doesn't take much just some basic considerations.

Getting a car for unforeseen reasons is naturally a hassle yet Vonique is your go to gal when in need at this location. She is kind and helpful during stress times and I appreciated her care and concern greatly! If I have to return again, she is def the employee I will ask for again. Thanks Vonique!

I've never had an experience renting a car like the one I had at this place. I had to drop off my car at the collision center at Rick Case Honda and had a reservation to get a rental car here. It took me almost an hour and a half to get the car because I I kept getting told that they were cleaning it. Seriously?? An hour and a half to clean a car when they knew exactly when I would be picking it up? There were two women working when I went to get the car and they were very helpful and sympathetic but it really was beyond their control. In talking to other people who worked at Rick Case they said it's always a problem with people having to wait a long time to pick up their rentals. They need to do better, much better.

Rented a car last week from Enterprise as directed by my insurance company, while my car was being fixed. After I drove the rental car home I noticed one of the seat belt on the back seat was cut off when I tried to buckle up my child. I informed Enterprise about it when I dropped off the car. Now they want to make me liable of a damage I haven’t caused and they missed to identify prior to renting out the car.My personal car will have to go back to the repair shop for unfinished work I will then not rent another car from this Enterprise location after this unpleasant and time consuming incident.

Should be zero stars booked 2 vehicles a suburban an a 15 pass van booked a yesr ago no one answers phone or returns calls for 3 days drove to Rick case waited over 1 hr to be told neither is avail worst company ever twill never ever rent there again
