It should be a CRIME what this dealership sells people. The salesmen use high pressure selling tactics and the Finance manager Richard Sansovini took advantage of me as he knew I'd never dealt with a dealership or their terms before. After almost not buying my car and about to leave, Richard told me he would throw in this or that to make the deal better. When in reality I got charged full price as he just added additional features making me feel like I was getting them free and then skimming through paperwork as fast as possible. They sold me a car with a wire to my automatic windshield cut and hidden out of sight. My glasses holder was also broken. Nothing but problems after buying from Drivers Auto-mart. I saw bad reviews and should have taken other people's advice. I hope this helps someone else to choose more wisely.

I had been looking for an upgrade to my 2014 Ford Edge for almost a year. My car was about to hit 100,000 miles and I wanted a change after 5 years. Took me a week to make a decision. They said it was the longest deal they ever experienced. Shea was calm and on the ball. He was helpful and understanding. After I took my vehicle home, we noticed that I had no reverse lights. I immediately called and they told me to come back in. I did and, after some discussion, it was decided that the service would fix the issue without a problem. I could bring it in when it was convenient for me. Thank you to everyone Driver's Auto Mart who made this purchase possible.

Me and my husband went to the store Saturday and we had Shea helping us with our new car! The manager was very nice and helpful as well! They helped us as much we needed with our budget and our needs.

i came here as a first time buyer for a cute little car & Shea Hall was very helpful. he saw us out looking for one car in the lot of many cars and was very quick to locate it and bring it to us to test drive. he made sure that everything with the car was correct & gave us options when looking to finance. while waiting for credit reports & financing options, we were all talking and it was a very comfortable experience :) he even let me pick my favorite pen to sign the papers.

We came in to test drive minivans. We left without making a decision, visited 4 other dealerships and came back the following week to finalize the deal with Ivan Savuskan.Ivan was knowledgeable and friendly and was able to answer all my husband's questions. He was professional but helpful during the negotiations. We would definitely return in the future.

LONG AND DETAILED REVIEW!!I've contemplated doing this review for a LONG time now but decided to go forward with it being as honest as possible. 5 months ago my wife & I went to this dealer after a deal fell through at another dealership. We arrived at the lot and we were greeted by Ivan(nice guy) he wasn't pushy at all. We explained our situation to him and told him we both have HORRIBLE CREDIT and were looking for an affordable car. Ivan took us inside to one of the financial managers, JC, who went over our options(3 cars). all 3 cars were over $18K, we expressed our concern and were told not to worry, they will work with us. We came back the next day, test drove the cars , and picked 2( ford fusion and Volkswagen) of the 3 to continue with and see which would be our best option. Both cars were priced over $25K. The reasoning was that they wanted to get us into a " reliable and safe car while still being affordable and anything cheaper would not be safe and harder to finance". JC worked with us on getting us approved on a loan with the ford (most expensive) because it had " wiggle room to add the fees to make the loan work" ..whatever that meant. However, they advised we find someone that has better credit or gets paid more than my wife and I. My dad agreed to help us. JC worked hard and for that we are extremely appreciative. However, after finding out the total amount(which was not disclosed) we thought if he " worked hard to actually help us or just to make a deal"... This was an ALL day type of deal.ultimately, the contract ended up being under my fathers name because "he gets paid more than us" even though he has awful credit as well. Again at this point, we were super appreciative. They sat us down, started adding fees. They added their extended warranty which they never informed us it was optional, dealer fees, other warranties fees. At this point they still hadn't told us the final amount. They did tell us monthly we're looking at $701 a month. " yes that's due to bad credit". My wife and I talked about it as it's super expensive for a used 2020 car with 2 crashes, and being that we needed a vehicle and all the time wasted at that point,we agreed to move forward. They pushed us into leaving a positive google review. We even left the dealer at 10pm and received a text message the next day reminding us about the review. Upon going over the contract at home, with addition to the car price and all their hidden fees, we are left with a $52K loan for 7 years... At that point, we are very upset but nothing could be done. This is where the most upsetting part is...Couple days later; left blind spot monitoring light stays constantly on and car is making a screeching noise when being driven. We start noticing small roaches are crawling on the dash, carpet, and leather seat, we thought maybe it was cause the cat was sitting at their lot for some time. ( after multiple car washes &vacuums and roach bait, traps the roaches are a big issue). 2 weeks later, I looked at the tires since the left front tire was CONSTANTLY low in air. I saw the ENTIRE circumference of the tire was peeled on the interior part. No idea how that could happen. We took it to them and we were told they wouldn't even take a look at the car until I changed the tires, so I did. Days later, we Then Took it back to their service to get an oil change and to Informed them of what is going on and now the CV and axle are clanking when i am driving. Ivan (sales guy) told us he would speak to a service tech to get us an appointment, never happened. THE SAME DAY After the oil change, THE CAR STARTS MAKING AN AWFUL METAL ON METAL NOISE WHEN BREAKING, turns out the break pad scratched a rear rotor. Changed all 4 break pads and both rear rotors with my mechanic( they wanted to charge $500 for just the break pad change) So here we are, paying $701/month for a car infested with roaches, paying out of pocket for new tires, new break/rotors, and the ISSUES WE COMMUNICATED ARE STI

Place is horrible. Old mini van said $500, by the time I was done I paid about $3500. The bait was the $500. I was in need so I purchased the van. Test run was fine. The van last about 2 months. In the 2 months car shut off on my 5x. Been to the auto shop 3x. It Smoked regularly and the idling felt like it was going to explode. I sold the car for $500. Crooks Asking for reviews before I even have the keys to the car.

Such a disappointment. We came in for an oil change, and the receipt stared 6qts. The very next day our oil light came on. There was particularly no oil in the car, and now it's driving different. I called for a service manager, and was told I can't be transferred, they would call me back. Days later......nothing.
