these scumbags sold me a lemon 2007 jeep wrangler in september 2021. It’s given me nothing but problems since and even when it first broke down a month or so after buying it they refused to help me whatsoever. Stay away from this place; also they forced me to finance the car even though i had the money to outright buy it, and still ended up paying $4,000.00 over the sticker price. the transmission totally failed with not even 75k miles on the jeep which cost me $2,300.00 to fix. The jeep had 64k miles when I bought it. Now it has 84k miles and yet again, something broke literally today. not to mention the probably $5,000.00 i’ve had to put into it for repairs. This dealership needs to be investigated by the BBB

I purchased a car from this dealership and unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was extremely disappointing. From the outset, I felt rushed and received inadequate assistance. When I requested the car's history report, I was informed that they did not have it available. Furthermore, the price of the car increased significantly after I expressed interest.
Upon receiving the vehicle, I was dismayed to find that it was not properly cleaned or detailed as promised. Additionally, despite paying for a LoJack installation, it was not installed. Despite my persistent calls over a month, the dealership failed to provide the car's history report until much later.
Upon finally reviewing the car's history, I discovered troubling information. The car had been involved in a prior accident, resulting in a salvage title, information that had not been disclosed to me. Furthermore, the odometer had been tampered with, a fact that was not disclosed either.
To make matters worse, I later discovered that my signature appeared on the car's history report, despite no one at the dealership providing me with the report initially. This leads me to suspect that my signature may have been forged, especially considering I was asked to sign a blank page during the purchasing process.
As a mechanic, I am deeply disappointed and concerned by the dealership's lack of transparency and integrity. I would never knowingly purchase a car with a salvage title or tampered odometer. This experience has left me feeling deceived and betrayed, and I strongly caution others against conducting business with this dealership.

One of the worst car lots ever traded my perfectly fine car in to receive a lemon sold me extended warranty told me to bring the car back after 40 days and they would fix the issue turn out car need a whole engine and now no one don’t want to pay and fix been paying all be payment before Time only for I car I drove for one month and had my car 3 months to tell me they not going to fix it and I owe them for them tearing my engine apart and on top the manger is to rude and disrespectful don’t be fooled buy all them good reviews

Beware of this dealership! They are liars and scammers! The mileage coverage that was verbally told to me by Jean Carlos was completely different than what was given for me to sign on the extended warranty contract. The car that I purchased from them was given to me with a shattered visor mirror and inoperable trunk door (blown struts). They did not take ownership of these damages and gave me the run around saying the general manager was not there, his days off, "message was left to him" but I never heard back. When I took the car for engine issues the car is having I was shocked to hear the extended warranty could not cover it since it was past covered mileage. The contract signing was recorded and Jean Carlos stated he reviewed the recording and everything was correct. I know that was not true, the mileage coverage that was verbally told to me during contract signing was completely different than what was what was given to me to sign, that is illegal. I emailed him multiple times requesting the recording so I can review myself and still till this day I have not received my request or response from Jean Carlos. Very unprofessional and obviously have something to hide. It seems they only have a recording when it's to their benefit. Once again, beware of these liars!

DO NOT PROCEED!!!
I am not one to spread hate but this car dealership takes advantage of hard working people, especially on the holidays. My brother went with his wife and daughter and made a deal with him. After 3 hours, when the CONTRACT WAS ALREADY SIGNED and he was just waiting for the car to finish getting detailed, the owner called the GM to say he doesn’t approve of the deal given. WHAT TYPE OF UNPROFESSIONALISM IS THIS? AFTER 3 hours with a toddler! Train your GM to know what would be approved and not waste someone’s time (and their
family) especially during the holidays!! That is just despicable!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! Came in to buy a car and me and the general agreed to the price! I signed the contract! To go through with the deal when the HORRIBLE owner cancelled the Deal!!!! After spending 3 Hours!!! Worst experience ever ! Save your time and DON’T come in here !

My husband came in to buy a Chrysler Pacifica, he and the general manager had agreed on a price to get the vehicle after spending 3 hours!!!!Once agreed on the price, the OWNER had the Audacity to cancel everything and say no he does not want to go through with the deal!! Are you kidding me right now! after disrespecting his time and himself as a person to then say NO! we aren’t going through with it! He was working a 24 hr shift fighting fires when this disgusting owner cancelled the contract! Please don’t waste your time! cause he will waste yours
