I had an F150 (Don't Buy Ford) worked on at this place few weeks ago. Unfortunately, the repairs generated other issues weeks later. I brought the truck back and the owner got all the problems corrected at no cost to me. Absolutely outstanding customer service. I will continue to bring all my vehicles here for years to come. This is my 2nd time having work done here. They are always great. The job is either done early or on time. They provide a 1 year warranty which is huge especially since they’ve been in business for so long you know they will be around to honor it. You also get to talk to the tech that worked on your vehicle to answer any questions or explain the job. The ONLY place I’ll go for transmission work.

Took my son's vehicle to Downtown transmission because the car would not shift gears. As anyone that has had transmission issues, you are leary and at the mercy of the shop technicians and management. Thank God these folks were not only courteous, but more importantly HONEST. Got there thinking I would need a big ole transmission job and was told it was just a sensor. Needless to say it made my day. I highly recommend this place because of there professionalism and honesty.

I brought my wife Tahoe 2016 and get the transmission be change and they said they did and also change the computer and after a couple weeks it was acting weird and brought it back and they told me it was a coil and bla bla till I brought it to the dealer and another shop they told me the work they did on the transmission was bad or they never changed it so be careful with this people

Came here and they helped figure out what was wrong with my car. My dad used to fix cars and he spoke with them to make sure everything sounded good. It’s scary being told you need a new transmission and they made me feel very comfortable. The price was reasonable and my car was ready within the week. I came into this shop not knowing what was really happening to my vehicle. The staff was very courteous professional and patient. My car was fixed less than week. They gave me time to come up with the funds without adding further stress. I would recommend them a thousand times to fix transmissions.

I brought in my 1967 Camaro to fix a couple transmission leaks that I had. All transmission leaks you're fixed and they took great care of my car. It's a convertible and needs a new top so they had to keep it inside. I'm very happy with the work they did.Services: Transmission

Brought them a van stuck in 2nd gear, they fixed it and the price was awesome. I highly recommend them and I'm a mechanic.
