I love the fitness classes. The class instructors are engaging, motivating and knowledgeable . The atmosphere is just right for socializing.

I have been a member of the J for 24 years. I workout at the gym and get together with my friends everyday. We have coffee and talk about life and current events. The J is my happy hour place.
