Messy store and dirty parking lot. Plastic tubs of stock laying all over...no one putting anything away... only saw two woman working... where's the help? I come here because it's convenient... hope they get their act together soon...am I the only one who sees this mess?

As an uber driver, I’m highly disappointed in the associate who was working today around 3am on 2/18/2025 that refused to let my fiancé in the store. My fiancé and I do Uber eats delivery and had to cancel a $25 order due to the associate refusing to let him in. Apparently the associate said “He cannot let anybody in due to him being afraid of being robbed.” Apparently the worker was there by himself but regardless, this wasted our time, money AND gas coming way from Dania to Davie just for us to miss our money. Something needs to change because this location says “OPEN 24 HOURS”.
Another young man was in need of medicine because he was having trouble breathing but due to this associates fear, he refused to let the man in as well. If this isn’t policy, please dont go ahead and make rules for yourself that set others at an inconvenience. This is unacceptable behavior. This situation could’ve been avoided, my fiance only had 8 items to pick up; don’t waste other people’s time and money !!!

Came to pickup my FREE T-Mobile photo print of 8x10 glossy. said it was ready to pick up. i come and all of a sudden the order was never made, okay. i tell her well then what do i do? says here it’s ready. *i have a bad temper but i calmed myself* but how can she be attending me then keep attending other customers? you have to finish one customer first mam…. but she kept going back and forth and “searching for it” saying it’s not in the system. then after 10 minutes or less. she tells me the machine isn’t working….. ok. then suggested me to switch it to another store. j don’t have that option 💀 i told her i can’t do that. since it’s a FREE T-Mobile print i redeemed. she was like “then oh well” like excuse me? just say you are too lazy to print another photo or something man. i walked out and texted the company who suggested this place about this problem. never order from here again. not with that employee. she has glasses and like brownish hair. she really tried me. but i have work and i just don’t have time to argue with someone so stupid.

The last few times I have never been able to print my photos, the system they have is obsolete and does not work well, but otherwise there are good offers

This used to be my favorite CVS location but after a recent change of staff, the customer service has been terrible. Initially, I figured it was just new adjustments for people & their new job but after tonight, I saw that it was indeed the lack of customer service.
I go to this location frequently & for the past three days, there has been a 75% cart sale with packaged tennis balls. I took three to purchase at the self check-out & asked for assistance as the sale amount didn’t appear. The cashier (male, tall, dark like tanned skintone, chubbyish-I’m not being rude I just want to ensure the correct person is figured out) said, “yes that’s the sale price.” I informed him 75% of $4.99 is not $3.94.
He tried to convince me it was, shrugged then went to get a Manager (woman, glasses, curly hair pulled back into a ponytail, I’ve seen her work day shift on the floor).
There was no customer communication, they only communicated with each other in Spanish. The Manager didn’t even acknowledge me (I was the only customer up front, so there was definitely no confusion of who was in need of help). & I know for a fact she speaks English. She walked to the counter & had the cashier check the system. She walked away saying, “I guess that’s it, that’s the price” then walked back to the office.
The Cashier looks at me & shrugs again. I pointed out that there were multiple packages in the basket & they’ve been there for three days. I politely asked, “are you going to honor the 75%?”
Cashier- “that is the sale price of that.”
Me- “you can literally do the math & see that’s not the correct price. It should be $1.24.”
Cashier (very rude & snobbish)- “that won’t be the price, so do you got it or not.”
Me- “it’s not about if I ‘have it’, it’s about you all honoring the price.”
Cashier… again very rude- “do you got it or not?”
Me- “I’m asking you a yes or no question. Will you honor the sale price or not?”
Cashier- “no.”
Me- “K. Thanks.”
Then I left.
This could have been handled in a much better manner. As I previously mentioned, I go to this location frequently & the new staff for the afternoon/evening (prior to 10 p.m.) aren’t kind at all.
Again, I’m not being rude, but it’s the new staff of those who speaks spanish with each other. I’ve gone to this CVS for years without having an experience like this to leave a bad review.
This does NOT include the morning Cashier, she’s an older woman, who wears glasses & has short hair. She is always very kind.

There seems to only ever be 1, maybe 2 people in the store. They act as though you are inconveniencing them when you need assistance. It’s closest to my home which makes it convenient, however, you do not always get the best service there.
