I called the pharmacy to get an approval for a local fill for my patient. I had the insurance on the line waiting for the pharmacy to verify that they received the prescription. Dana informed me that there was an old prescription sent to another CVS. I asked her to refresh her system because I just sent the same prescription to this pharmacy and she refused. She went back and forth with me about calling back and sent me to voicemail then hung up. I could only imagine what my patients go through trying to get help at this pharmacy. The pharmacist lack compassion, patience, professionalism, and integrity. I would never send another prescription to CVS because of this. Do better!

The store manager which I think he is a white guy has a really nasty attitude when I politely asked him a question and probably racist and unprofessional, if you work in a customer service environment you need to fix your attitude.

Experience was horrible.
Summarized:
-I was given the wrong medication.
-Sent away bc they had to verify my insurance and call me back bc “I’m holding up the line.” Of course they never called me back.
- Next Day:
-Explained situation to manager; DANA, she came up w/ about 6 reasons it was my fault I got the wrong meds. No apology, nothing.
-The manager, DANA(Caucasian woman , drk brwn/blk hair with glasses) actually told me to go somewhere else to get my meds filled.
-I stated I was in pain and I just wanted the corrected medication & to leave
-Then the manager, named DANA, then told me if I do not “listen to what she has to say” then I’m “NOT GETTING MY MEDICATION “.
I listened so that I could get my meds, paid my copay and asked for her name & corporate phone number…she didn’t acknowledge me, walked away and never came back to the window.
-I left after 5 mins ..
I also recorded everything.
To deny a human being in pain their medication is SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE & completely DEPLORABLE.

The CVS store was great, but, as usual, the trash can near the entrance was dirty and overflowing with trash. I went back in to suggest that someone, at the least, could take care of it. Not interested! Overflowing trash cans immediately next to the entrance of a CVS store is a problem.

No complaints here, I’ve been coming to this cvs for over 9 years and they’re always open, most items in stock with reasonable prices. The pharmacy is always cordial and knowledgeable with any inquiries about any OTC supplements.

This is not a good pharmacy the pharmacy techs give you an attitude if you ask them a question regarding you medication they all seem to have a chip on there shoulder terrible customer service. If you ever try to call them they will never answer the phone.

It's 8.20pm, we came to take passport photos for the whole family. They treated us with very good disposition, we made purchases while we waited, everything was ready in 5 minutes. Excellent attention!

I love this CVS, it’s close to home and everyone is helpful especially at the pharmacy. The wait line for the pharmacy is not bad either. The customer service there is great has well everyone is friendly and helpful.

Guy working pushes people to self check out, then disappears. If you wait for he’ll still try to get you to use self checkout, Walgreens, Walmart or any other place than here again.
