The employees there are very rude. Especially the older guy there. He's very argumentive. h
He doesn't know what it is to have great customer service skills. The young lady was pleasant in the beginning, but then I felt as if she fed off of his negative energy. And she did not make the situation any better. They do not know what it is to accommodate customers. The customers are the ones who keep the business running. Which allows workers to stay employed. I had 1 more of my images left to print. And it was 12:00. And I said I know your store closes at 12:00. However, can you please allow maybe 5 more minutes for the print to finish. I explained to them that I do not stay close to that location. And that I did not want to have to come back in the morning just for one item. They both told me that they couldn't do it because they don't get paid for overtime. I asked what was 5 more minutes. The guy said 5 more minutes is nothing, but I'm not doing it. So after going back and forth with them for a while with the attitudes and the rude responses. The image finished. I was able to grab my things and leave. As I was exiting out the store, he continued to talk noise and be very disrespectful.

Not good. The pharmacy has refused to accept manufacturing coupons for essential medication when the insurance doesn't cover it. The coupon is for $25 but they pharmacist insisted on me paying the regular $850.00. I came before and had the coupon checked previous to filling the medication and it was ok, but no. I called the manufacturer anyway just to double check and all good but the pharmacist still wouldn't take it (and this isn't the first time girls happened in a CVS here and as well as one in Orlando). I am going to find me a different pharmacy - I don't like one that it is in a habit of refusing coupons for essential medications - it is so sad that the life of a person is being put at risk for the sake of a business......đ

Pharmacy has nice staff and fills orders quickly. Store employees aren't as happy to be there.

CAUTION BEFORE FILLING. They did not have my mothers KIDNEY RX in stock and left the RX as processed/processing so it appeared to the insurance and in the system as if it was filled when it was not. AND I WAS UNABLE TO GET it transferred, sent or filled at another CVS or any other PHARMACY because in was kicking back âtoo soon to fillâ even tho it was never filled. THE WORST PHARMACY EVER

Pharmacy is extremely efficient, fast and helpful. My medicines are always available for pickup very fast (as long as they have it in stock). Even sometimes less than an hour from receiving the prescription.

I dont know why my review was deleted, but rating it a 1 star again. The lady in the pharmacy is stupid and canceled my vaccine appointment for no reason when i was showing her proof that im not on the injection that is showing up in her system. Had to pay money at the minute clinic to get that vaccine because the pharmacy lady didnât want to believe anything else other than what was coming up on her screen. At least she could have attempted to listen and help.

I went to a MinuteClinic visit today. This team here is very well organized, professional, and friendly. They really left me feeling impressed and satisfied with their medical expertise. They knew what they were doing. Very personable. The pharmacy team was also friendly and got my prescriptions ready to go in 10 minutes flat!

This pharmacy has some of the worst incompetence Iâve ever seen. Cancelling prescriptions for no reason. No updates. No one answers the phone. I had to call CVS corporate and speak to one of their reps in order to get a pharmacist to pick up the phone to answer my simple question âis the medicine that was sent over 5 days ago ready?â (It wasnât). AVOID THIS PLACE!!

This review is for the pharmacy. There is no communication whatsoever if a medication is either not covered or not in stock. The only action the staff takes is to not fill the prescription, instead of reaching out to the patient and attempting to rectify the issue. My husband went twice in one day. The first time they claimed they never received the medication, which led to a phone call to the doctor who confirmed it was sent. The doctor then called the pharmacy to speak to an actual person. The problem? The insurance didnât cover what was initially sent, so they never bothered communicating that with the doctor or the patient. Once they figured that out, we again waited hours for the new prescription to be refilled. My husband drove over after hearing nothing, spoke to the gentleman behind the counter who admitted to viewing the prescription earlier and seeing it wasnât in stock, but again didnât communicate that with anyone. Instead, he did nothing. He finally decided to use some common sense (once my husband was there) and see if another CVS pharmacy had the medication in stock , which luckily enough they did. So my husband will finally get his much needed meds after waiting over 9 hours. I personally use Walgreens and have never had this issue with such blatant lack of communication. Extremely unprofessional. What if someone was in even more dire need of a medication and the staff just ignored the issue?
