Fix the ATMs on the inside. We should not have to wait 30 to 45 min for ONE drive thru ATM. Billion dollar company and a major inconvenience.

Worst bank I’ve been too. Waited 1 hour waiting on 1 rep who wouldn’t even look in my direction, one rep came in from lunch and got on her phone and another rep just sitting in his office with out knowledge we where waiting in the waiting area. In other words worst customer service !!!!

Worst branch I have been to. Everytime I go there its always an issue and policies change for different people. Next time I have an issue with this branch, I'm suing them and the manager for discrimination

I had a great experience here. I found Denora to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This was regarding an identity theft claim, and I felt reassured in her ability and willingness to help.

I have called this bank at least 15 times over the past week. Each at different times of the day trying to avoid busy times but STILL no one will answer the phone. Yet I walk in and there are workers sitting around doing nothing! I had one simple question yet these people can't even answer a phone. Horrible service, horrible bank, horrible experience.

The only reason this post is getting two stars is because they do actually do stuff in this branch. They should be getting one star because they never answer the phone so to make an appointment with an accountant you have to go in there and pray to God that there's an opening. If there's not an opening they'll take down your information and won't call you back to schedule an appointment.

Worst location in Florida! ATM never works, absolutely the most inconvenient bank! Few branch locations and even less ATMs with high out of branch ATM fees ??♂️??♂️??♂️

Glad im not the only one treated very poorly. Chase lost 2800$ of my money and giving me the run around. Went in to speak with the manager for the 3rd about this incident within 1 year and she told me to leave before she cancels my accounts all because im trying to figure out where my 2800$ went

I was charged a late fee when I paid 3 days before the due date, I came in and there's three people in the office seem not to be doing anything but I have to wait 15 minutes. Not a good start to fix my situation...

I went in to this branch twice, to add my wife to my checking account and on both occasions I was refused service because I did not have an appointment. I was there at 4:30 and was willing to wait and was refused service. The next day I was there with my wife at 9:00am and they did not open the gate until 9:05 and again, was refused service because I did not have an appointment as I watched what appeared to be the branch manager do nothing but look at his phone for 10 minutes. I insisted that someone help me or I would close my account and never bank with chase again... with no concern for my business or personal needs, I was walked to the teller where in a blink of an eye, Chase lost a customer forever because it was clear to me by their behavior I was not important! Maybe if you are very rich (I am not so I wouldn't know) they may have good service, although I doubt it. At Chase bank... you are just another number so make an appointment, hop on the conveyor belt and roll though the machine so they can extract the most money from you in the most efficient manner...

Walked in to open an additional account. Now by appointment only. Three persons in offices, one seemed busy and no one could help without an appointment.Opening an account at another bank!!! Will seriously consider taking all my banking relationships elsewhere.
