  The scanner for access to the ATM has not worked in over a year and the lady who works inside is rude and disregards you when you ask for help coming in. Wake up Chase! Your bank chain is being severely mismanaged

  Nothing but bad experiences from this bank. The drive thru ATM has been out of cash on 2 separate weekends. The indoor self service ATM is locked after bank hours. Doors were locked and bank was closed during normal morning business hours on a Saturday.

  First time have been at this Chase location and want to say BIG Thank you for Raquel Colon. She’s very pleasant, respectful and professional. Appreciate her so much!
