Best animal hospital in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach county. We brought our pug to a different vet and was completely misdiagnosed. After the incorrect diagnosis we rought our beloved Penelope to Camelot. However, it was too late. The veterinarian diagnosed her within 30 minutes, and required specialty surgery. Penup Penup passed on to the next portion of her journey the next day. I should have known to bring her to Camelot as I first used Camelot in 1978 when my gerbil had a respiratory issue and the vet took care of the problem.
We will not bring our furry family members anywhere else other than Camelot.

Staff are like a well oiled machine and very passionate about their jobs. Very impressed that they were able to draw blood from my defensive 100lb mix and how quickly, calmly, and efficiently they handled him. I use their boarding service often and my dog has had a wonderful experience every time, as have I. I've never been offered or pressured to get an unnecessary service.

I didn't have an appt. I had a sickly semi feral cat, the staff was caring, compassionate and understanding. They gave me an appt. Called with updates, asking what tests and shots we wanted, gave estimates and came in under. Clean, friendly knowledgeable group. Highly recommend. Cat is doing much better.

Dr. Lisa Feinstein is outstanding. We have followed her from multiple other practices over the years and would follow her anywhere. The staff at Camelot is great as well. They were so helpful in getting us in to see the doctor on short notice when my cat was sick. I am so grateful for them.

I'm very frustrated, because we've been going to camelot since 2021, my dog has always been with the same person Noel since the first day because she's the only person who knows how to hold Sunny, my dog who is very small! I drive 1 hour from my house in Miami Beach to see Noel, and I always pay $25 to cut his nails. Now I was taken by surprise and they charged me $45, almost double the price I always paid! I understand that there may be an increase in services, and I agree! but double the price is exaggerated and unacceptable! There are hundreds of establishments that all charge around $20 to $25. and unfortunately I'm inclined to look for another place closer to where I don't have to drive for 1 hour one way and don't have to pay an abusive amount that isn't justifiable to me! After all, he always spent time with Noel and she was always a nurse, I don't understand what changed from one moment to the next! ?? I love Noel she is the best, im sad with this situation.

i've been taking my dog to Dr. Pellicane for his eye for probably at least 12 of his 14 years of life. Every single time I go there I have to take an entire day off of work because of the extraordinarily absurd amount of wait time that she imposes on her clients. I am not exaggerating and I have told them many times every time in the last few years how disrespectful it is. As far as the treatment my dog gets I don't know because I never took him to another ophthalmologist. He had an injury to his eye when he was a young dog at the groomer who used the wrong shampoo and it got in his eye and he was injured ever since then Dr. Pellicane said he had dry eye. Every time we went there the bill was astronomical and I am not a cheap person and I have the money to pay but honestly $400 a pop just for a check up seems like a lot of money. Now he's 14 and she wants to give him cataract surgery . If I were to give him cataract surgery and I may but I'm not sure I wouldn't let her do it because I already have a grudge against her and if she kills my dog I would probably have a stroke . I don't give her one star is because I really don't know if he has dry eye and I don't know I really don't know - how do I know? she is the only Opthamologist I have ever taken him to but I am taking him to a new one this week. Oh by the way the reason I'm taking him to a new one aside from all of the foregoing is because after taking him there for 12 or more years and spending at least 25% more than other vets charge for ointment, the office refused to renew or sell me the ointment unless I came in and I know if I go in I have to take a whole day off of work and pay approximately a $400 bill when I get there. I can't do it anymore!

1 star how about negative stars. Dr. Feinstein is the most evil heartless Vet ever and I have spent a lot of money on my Shih Tzu Coco - at some real looser Vets. My worst ever experience is when my Dog was simply having allergies and I wanted to try to get him relief, as he was desperately scratching his ears. They claimed there was no bacterial infection. But offered nothing to give him relief. She finally resentfully said she could give him a general anti fungal medication. I’m thinking it’s oral or injection- so I said if it helps ok. She comes back with a huge 3-5 cc syringe and plunges it directly into his ear. The 2nd one he lets out a heart wrenching yelp. I was so alarmed. She never apologized nor offered any explanation she’s heartless. Their she and her little wacky assistant’s attitude changed towards me when I said Coco didn’t tolerate the heart worm medicine. And I mainly administered it during mosquitoes season. But It seemed to give him seizures. They became hateful. Especially the little wacky assistant. She apparently has influenced the Dr to have a negative evil attitude. But these people have no common sense. I adopted my dog when he was 4 years old. He’s now 17 1/2! And has been thriving under my devoted care. I now completely took Coco off heartworm meds as at 17 1/2 his quality of life and not getting seizures is the more important thing. So for me I wouldn’t recommend this vet to my worst enemy. This is such a crime! Coco’s hearing has never been the same. It has improved slowly though. The vet that came to our rescue was / is Dr. Stone. (He’s retiring I believe.) but he showed my with his scope- 48 hours later that that meditation was completely not absorbed and just there in the ear canal. His loving staff had to physically wash it out of Coco’s ears. Especially that side that he yelped in response to her taking an jamming the solution down!?. It still hurts my heart to think about it 3 years later! I believe this was in 2020 right before COVID. This office is bad.
