Zero Stars. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Talked to multiple reps (5 times) to be exact and emailed. Supposed to send me a return label almost a month ago. They don't and won't. They are just trying to drag it out so it's past 30 days and they don't have to accept the return. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Horrible customer service. They gave me a date when my order will be shipped. The day passed I called for an update, they gave me a different date that date also passed. I called customer service again and they told me they don’t have any shipping date for my order. Please don’t buy form this company take your business elsewhere!!

HORRIBLE WEBSITE! Website states that items are in stock, when in fact they are NOT!!! Totally misleading!!! Website needs to be updated ASAP! BUT! On a more positive note, the lady that I spoke with was very helpful, to the best of her ability!!!

Terrible experience!!! Placed order which took months to fulfill. While I understood the delay the hoodie purchased for my son on a youth large was wayyyy undersized. More like a small/medium. Reached out to BAN was advised they could not exchange. Refund or do ANYTHING for me at all… very disappointed. Stay away! Do not waste your money!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE… placed an order in July, still have not received items over $380 worth… try to call Customer service and number on order confirmation doesn’t allow you to get to the proper line…. Phone number on google search, waited an hour and nobody picked up…. I have no idea when we will receive products and my son needs the shirt for this Thursday… Extremely disappointed!

This office does not answer their phones. It used to be a very good sprots equipment company however you should not do business with any company that does not provide a person who will respond to a call and answer questions about thousands of dollars in uniforms.
