I chose to explore other options. Although the initial sales representative successfully located the desired washer and dryer size, I was unable to make a decision that day. on my second visit, a second salesperson I interacted with failed to dedicate sufficient time to searching the computer for specifications. It seemed like they required additional training or were unmotivated. he was unable to find the original item that I needed. I attempted to reconnect with the original salesperson, they appeared disinterested due to the commission set up. Consequently,I decided to complete my purchase at a different company.

Going to this Brandsmart clearance store was one of the best findings. It has great deals and product selection. I got a Dyson vacuum and a freezer in December 2023 and we're in March 2024 and we have not have any issues with them.The store was clean and organized and the women's restroom was flawless.

On February 20, 2024, I placed an order online and paid $640.93 for a Jackery Explorer 880 Portable Power Station with Order ID 27737835. I expected to receive a confirmation email indicating that my order had been successfully processed or a notification, either by email or text, confirming that my order was ready for pickup. However, I received neither. Upon checking Brandsmart's website, I discovered that my order had been inexplicably cancelled. On February 21, 2024, I visited the Brandsmart store located at 7260 North Kendal Drive and personally purchased the same item. The transaction took place at 11:18, and the receipt number is 0215555052. The sale was facilitated by Seigidi, Thomas, with assistance from Alberto Reyna, and the transaction concluded at 11:24. Subsequently, on February 26, 2024, I returned to the same store to return the item, which I had not used. The staff member opened the box for the first time to verify its condition and accepted my return. The Credit Memo number for this return is 0215558828. The transaction was handled by Seigido, Thomas, at 13:57, and assistance was provided by Steven Garcia at 14:13. Upon reviewing my bank account, I discovered that I had been charged twice. Believing that the initial transaction had not been cancelled, I disputed the charge with my bank in the hope that the return would be processed as a credit within a few days. However, to my frustration, as of today, the original order remains active, my dispute has been reversed, resulting in a duplicate charge, and I have yet to receive credit for the return made on February 26, 2024. I am deeply dissatisfied with this situation, as I now have three charges from Brandsmart on my credit card. It has been over a month, and I am still grappling with these unresolved issues. I demand that all charges be reversed immediately, and that the appropriate credit be applied to my account without further delay.

Mahavia is the best professional sales person to look for @ the Brandsmart USA Clearance Center. She takes care of her customers. We had an issue with our purchase of a combo dryer and washer that no one at the outlet center was willing to help except her. She listened to our issue and got it resolved. Because of her, we are now satisfied with our purchase and we recommended her to family and friends who wants to purchase anything at the outlet center. Thank you, Mahavia! Keep on rocking!

This BrandsMart USA Clearance Center relocated from another location to now being in the Tamarac/Lauderhill area. Very spacious store with various products, supplies, appliances and more. I went for the grand opening on Sat, Jan. 27, 2024, so I was one of first 200 to receive a $20 gift card. I used it to purchase kitchen scissors and AA batteries. It was a long line for the cashier because it was the grand opening day after all.

You all collected my hard earn money since December and I still do not have my product. That is considered thief and I am going to sue because the manager refuse to speak with us and the agent Mahavia whom collected payment and already went on vacation with the commission collected is no help. How could you collect someone payment for two months and never deliver the product that is highly unacceptable and robbery. I need a refund NOW
