Took advantage of the text capacity and sent a pic requesting an estimate. Heard back very quickly, agreed upon the cost and set appointment for the following week. Arturo arrived on time and got to work. He finished about an hour later and when I went down to the car I was unable to tell where he had done the repair. “I encountered West Tampa Crash Champions Collison Repair/Service King under unfortunate circumstances. My son had an accident right in front of their West Tampa location. Under no obligation, several team members approached the scene, helped to move the vehicle out of the road, and provided ice and first aid to my son and his girlfriend. The shop team helped reassure my son, an inexperienced driver, in a scary situation, helping to de-escalate their anxiety. Upon arrival, I met with the general manager and was impressed with his transparency of damage to the vehicle. He thoroughly explained the process and next steps for repair. I had to follow-up on a Saturday regarding releasing the vehicle, and even though their shop is closed, the manager answered the phone and couldn't have been any nicer. I would definitely recommend this shop.”
