They like BLACK MONEY but they don't like BLACK PEOPLE. Watch the painted clown up front with your credit card. She will first ask you if you are going to leave a tip. Whether you say yes or no, she will take it. And remember they speak another language; keep your ears open and eyes peeled. And the men there like to fight women. If you disagree with your service or anything at all, they won't ask how they can fix it, they will tell you that IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They will threaten and try to intimidate you. AND MAKE NO MISTAKE, THEY WILL FIGHT YOU IN THERE AS A *WOMAN*.

I've been coming to this Salon for the past 3 years and I've never had a complaint. My nail techs are usually Lee and Kimmy, they both do an amazing job each time. I've a very picky and particular person when it comes to my nails. I don't like having any residue on my skin or crooked nails and they make sure I always leave with the best. I've been doing dip on my hands for 6 years now and it's the only thing that doesn't allow my nails to chip or break. If you're ever getting your nails done, whether it be gel or dip, make sure to not touch your face or hair after they've cleaned your nail off. The oils will remain on your nail and causes the gel or dip to easy peel off or start to chip. It's something I learned from Lee! I love coming here, definitely recommend.

Kimmy is the BEST at pedicures . The shape she does is so good ! I won’t go to anyone else . Only thing is , I wish they did more of a “spa” experience and offered a long massage , & leg scrub. It’s more of just a simple pedicure. But kimmy is spot on for that square shape !

Fast and my nails are always on point not problem making an appointment, time efficient and I always leave super satisfied. Nothing is ever broken or in need of repair like massage chairs . The owner stays on top of his place and up to date with the latest trends too . And the woman in the front is also super nice

I think this is my favorite place when it comes to nail designs. But when it comes to customer service they aren't the best. i have been going here for almost 4 years and i love the nails every time. the artists are great but sometimes leave the french nails looking unfinished. from afar it looks good but close up you see the imperfections. the inside is very cute and nice but could use a nice new paint job. and they are always playing music and it's a great ambiance. love coming here

When I say I love this place, I love this place. The atmosphere & customer service are top tier. Sam is my go-to every time. He does my nails to perfection. If you want quality, this is the place to be. Anyone can get you together.

Absolutely humiliating, disgusting, and embarrassing! I've been a loyal customer at this nail store for months, consistently getting my gel overlay refill and even recommending it to others—until today. Never again will I step foot in this establishment. Within three days of my last refill, my thumb nail began to lift from the side, followed by my middle and index fingers lifting from the bottom. I was shocked and furious, especially considering the effort it takes for me to drive all the way from Boynton Beach for this service. Despite my busy schedule, I called the shop and spoke with the manager, Sam, detailing the issue with dates. He assured me they would fix it for free. We arranged a time two weeks later, but a week after our conversation, he instructed me to arrive at 10am on Saturday to avoid crowds.
However, when I arrived this morning, there were customers in the shop. I explained the situation again, and Sam loudly declared, arms folded and with attitude, "No! You're not getting it for free. No refill for free!" I never even mentioned the word "free" during our conversation. I was mortified as he made it seem like I was demanding free services after consistently paying $60 plus tips every visit. I felt utterly disgusted by the way Sam treated me, picking on me in front of everyone. He offered no apology or acknowledgment of my concerns, brushing me off to a young lady to assist me. Feeling humiliated, I asked her to remove my nails. I fought back tears, embarrassed after traveling so far only to be disrespected. Despite paying for my service and still tipping, I vow to never return.

To begin, I was a 1st time customer. I’m extremely picky but decided to take a chance. I’m originally from Miami but I was visiting family for the holidays. I found this place because a girl that works at Ross next door had her nails done and they looked nice and she told me about Blush Nails. I was able to get an appointment for me and my daughter the next day which was 12/31/22. When we walked in the 1st tech for some strange reason wouldn’t service my 9 yr old daughter and they reassigned her to someone else at table 4. Can’t remember his name but he was a younger dude with a tattoo on his left arm. He did a great job on my daughter’s manicure and pedicure and that came up to $90. I thought it was a bit pricey for a 9 yr old but it was a job well done. Next , I was assigned to table 5 , I think his name is Hai. He was extremely patient, kind, and walked me through the entire process of pricing and made sure I was completely satisfied with each step prior to moving to the next and even corrected a few nails before applying the powder. When we was done I was extremely happy with the results and not surprised at all by the price because he told me the prices beforehand. $70 for the nails and $90
For the design. Then he did my pedicure and I was satisfied once again, my feet feel and look great. I will definitely be returning when I go back to Miami without question. Thank you to the two gentlemen for your services and kindness….Total spent was $310.00. I know it’s a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and it was money well spent in my opinion!!!
So I had to come back and do a follow up…..I ended up with damaged nail beds after this set!!! It took about 3 months for my nails to recover after the removal.

Worst place I’ve ever gotten a pedi. They didn’t even try. I paid for the highest tier of pedi. This is what they left my feet looking like.
Never again. Highly recommend you avoid this place at all costs. You mine as well throw your money in the trash if you come here.
Btw… yes these pics are after the pedicure!!! Not before.

My nails were OK, They were nice but I feel like it was forced as if they didn’t want to be. they just walk away after they’re done with service without saying if they’re done or not or a thank you . Also the most expensive nail shop I’ve been to I paid 120$ for eyebrow wax, gel full set and feet as you can see I have VERY short nails so I don’t understand the price but yea I won’t be back.

They do a good job on nails but on wax they need to improve their hygiene. As soon as you walk into the room, you can tell is dirty, dusty, (here is where they do lashes and wax), I noticed how the lady that was taking care of me grabbed the wood stick, used on my face and then she dipped again and again in the wax, after she finished doing the service, she wipe the top with some type of cloth or cotton, removing the extra of the wax and she then putted back on the same pile, where she grabbed; all of the sticks are on the same pile, she never threw it away.. Just imagine how many mouths and eyebrows are sharing the same wood stick.! ???

don’t go here if you don’t want ur mood ruined… i usually am not the type to write reviews in general ESPECIALLY BAD ONES but let’s talk about how no body in this salon cares at all about what you have to say you are wrong no matter what. customers always right? nope not at blush. i’ve been going to blush now for about 2/3 years the girl at the front is THE RUDEST human being i have ever met. one time i was running about 5 minutes late to my appointment called before hand and let the girl know i will be late she told me it was fine that my nail guy didn’t have any other appointments, i proceeded to get there 5 minutes after my appointment i walked in and she told me that he had just started on a pedicure… after i called and let her know in advance and she said it was FINE she then proceeded to argue back and forth with me. then i ended up waiting about an HOUR to get my nails done that i had made an appointment prior for, only stayed because it was a birthday set if not i would have gotten up and left. they all only care about your $$$ YOU DO NOT MATTER AT THIS SALON!!! i will say their nails come out amazing but not worth ruining your mood for the day…go somewhere else :)

Here’s what I learned about blush nails after going there for over 3 years. Everything is great until you try to correct something or ask questions. Their customer service is deplorable. I honestly don’t think they like black peoples, just our money. this is based on how they treated me and talked to me, compared to their white customers. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. And instead of trying to understand what you’re asking for, they literally start arguing and throwing insults, walk away and tell you they’re not doing your nails. This has happened to me twice, once when I tried to tell the lady I wanted her to correct the shape twice, the second time when I asked the nail tech man to color match me. I literally felt unsafe, like my life was in danger the way they all started yelling and arguing with me. It reminded me of those viral videos you see of nail staff jumping on clients. I had my phone dialed to 911 until I was safely out of there. NEVER AGAIN!!Services: Nail art
