They sold me a floor model and called me on a scheduled delivery day that they want to keep the model so their showroom is not empty. They wanted to move delivery for 3 more days cause they care about their showroom more than a current paying customer.

Absolutely amazing experience I had with Better Hone furnitures!! The sales person helped me out and took his time showed me all the options that were available for the fastest delivery. I got my items the same day which is exactly what I needed. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for furniture not only do they have anything you need for you home but you can’t beat the price or quality of the item

I had the same experience with this store. I wish I can give a ZERO star. VERY CHEAP Products, Bad products, not worth the money. Customer service from the black man is horrible. He takes no ACCOUNTABILITY for his horrible products. I also Brough a chair from him and were so unhappy. He does not sell at the store, he sells from catalogue, then he calls the warehouse and he buys it and he sell it to you customers. Shame on you! He should be out of business.
