I never write a review, but I found myself forced to do so, these people are not interested in the client, I told them some regular feet for $30 and they charged me 55 and then 18 because they put gel, the hands were horrible, the color I told them but A bad finish, I paid $163 dollars. I have never paid so much for such a bad job. They never explain to you what they are doing to charge you more. I will never go back to that place.

I took a 17 year old here to get her nails done and she did not want gel nails. When I picked her up her nails looked horrible. I told them that it did not look good and will need to be redone. The guy had such a nasty attitude that she did not want to let him fix it so we asked for a refund. He ended up cutting off the acrylic nails because he was upset to give the refund. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had in a nail salon. I will never recommend anyone going there anymore. I’m not worried because you will end up going out of business with this type of service.

one star because even though they generally do a good job, their customer service is terrible, they are rude and stingy, they don't care about customer satisfaction at all and there are no guarantees for their work. They even dare to say that I have lied even though I have proof that it was not like that. Its price is the same as the other places, not cheap at all, so if you want a nice one and a good experience and service please go somewhere else, this one is definitely not worth what they charge and you even end up feeling bad because of the atmosphere and hostile treatment they give.
***See pictures for a job they did only a week ago (dip powder) it. Normally last 4 weeks in perfect conditions. They did not guarantee anything plus the terrible treatment they gave me..
Just to clarify: It was a 7 days work, i even showed the receipt but they dared to accuse me of being a liar. TERRIBLE SERVICE, THIS SHOWS THE HUMAN QUALITY OF ITS OWNERS, SAD

Love Best Nails! Steven is my go to! He does my full set in under an hour which makes it perfect for me to go during my lunch break. Any time I have certain design requests, he goes above and beyond to make sure they are exact. On top of that, he is a sweet heart and keeps me laughing the whole time. Everyone here is very nice and the salon is very clean. Highly recommend!

I have come here to see Mary to get my eyebrows and facial done for almost a year. She is amazing and very gentle, my face don’t irritate and she always ask before what kind we for design . I STRONGLY recommend Mary . She is very nice too!
