Walked in and asked the guy, who was behind the desk on the phone, we were looking for a California King bed. His response was basically no they don’t have one and they’ll never have one so he can’t sell us anything and we should leave. We get that Cali king beds are not common but we’re just trying to see what kind of mattress we want and he was a jerk

Walk in one person on the phone totally ignored me. Not even try to acknowledge I existed. No selection of any sheets like the old days. What a disappointment!

I got a broken bed from this store! I still have my warranty but every time I call them to change the bed they hang off the phone and do not give me any solution to get a new bed in good conditions. This situation is unacceptable, this store is totally unprofessional.

I purchased a Serta mattress over 2 years ago which I had issues with sinking. I called the store and had no problems with a warranty exchange. Very easy process! Glad I bought locally.

We bought a new mattress for our master bedroom here a few years ago and were so impressed we came back in this weekend for new beds for our sons room and guest room. George was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy at all. Customer service was wonderful and received my two new beds today and the delivery gentlemen could not have been any nicer. They set up and cleaned up everything and were in and out in a heartbeat. Highly recommend Bedding Barn

Very poor customer service phone skills. Pretty much hung up on me when I inquired about a mattress. In the end, we went elsewhere and got the mattress we wanted. We figured if the representative was so rude and unhelpful...I can't imagine how they would treat us if we needed or ran into issues following our purchase.
