I did not buy a bed here. Was out of my price range. But the gentleman there was still extremely helpful and polite.

I purchased a Serta mattress over 2 years ago which I had issues with sinking. I called the store and had no problems with a warranty exchange. Very easy process! Glad I bought locally.
