They seem like nice guys and they have a good presentation. The car i was interested in wasn't on his lot to be looked at and inspected in person. They wanted $1000 to lock me into the car with the option to deny later. "The buy back guarantee". However at that point, i would be locked into further business with them to find me a car if the car i was interested in didn't check out. I was told the car was a voluntary repo, however the carfax showed it was dealership owned most likely thru a trade-in and it only had 1 previous owner and no signs of financial delinquency. I'm pretty sure the car was being bought from the Manheim auction conveniently located directly across the street from the dealership. He wanted my down payment to make sure i was serious about the car purchase and only then he would purchase it from the auction and bring it to his shop for inspection. I think he used to repo story to claim the price is firm and the bank requires their payout on the repo, that way there's no negotiations. But there was no bank involved that i could find. The story i received didn't stick and i feel it wasn't clean, honest salesmanship. I ended up NOT purchasing from them. I didn't want to get stuck in a commitment with them after they take my non-refundable $1000 deposit. Moving on.....

I had a bad experience with them,I bought a car from them but the car didn't come with one of the features and I put a deposit of $5000 into the car and now I have to take them to court. The policy of the oction manheim is 21 days to return it,now they say I'm losing my money.Any body know the name and phone number of the owner of the place. Thank you for your cooperation!

One of the worst experiences. Do not get fooled by their nice looking cars advertised on their site. I have fallen for it. I signed online Doc for the said price as advertised on their website and agreed to pay all taxes and shipping costs. Paid $1200 deposit as suggested. 3 days laters when I called to get update they coolely inform that the bank decided to take that Car back and they cannot sell that car to me anymore. Not knowing this can happen, asked them to refund the deposit. After repeated phone call, after a MONTH time, they send me a check for $705. When asked they coolely replied they took $495 processing/norefundable fee from my deposit!!! This is atrocious as I was always (I am still) ready to buy the car, but they did not have that car to sell me, so it is clearly not my mistake.... but stil they have charged me $495 for nothing!!!In a nutshell, look at their business model:1. Advertise for non-existing car2. Take the deposit from customer3. Tell them the car no longer exist4. Charge them $495 from Refund for applying for this non-existing carSo I ended up paying $495 for a non-existing, never seen, never received car. This was a very good lesson not to do remote/online shippoing from unreliable car dealers.

There is a big auction across the street from their location. Manny took me there, and I found my car month 4500 others, never seen such choice presented at any dealership before. To make long story short, they got the car for me, sold it to me for flat mark up which worked out well for both me and them.I will use and recommend their service in the future

If you got Auto Warehouse and don't work with JEFF, you are f*****g up. Jeff is an honest and hard working guy. He will take you to the auction and walk the lot til you don't want to walk anymore (appreciate that buddy). He really helped me through the entire car buying process and enabled me to get a very nice BMW. Recommend for people who are looking for a savvy deal or for people with bad credit.

I had purchased a BMW M3, straight from auction with the help of Auto Warehouse, the shipping was arranged by them for car to be delivered directly to my door, so convenient. The vehicle was picked by me, through variety of options they provided via auction list. I am happy with their service, and I will use them again when time to upgrade comes.

This company is beyond ridiculous. I purchased and paid in full for a 2008 Audi Q7 that i saw online. The pictures online showed that it was in a showroom. I requested new pictures of it which i never got because they said that the car was going through inspection which cost $695.00 thats nonrefundable. When the inspection report came back the car which is listed/advertised as clean title and its a bank repo. No mechanical or cosmetic problems came back in a total disarray. Engine needs flushing, the chasis, engine oil, transmission, brakes system and fuel system all came back in horrible condition based on the $695.00 inspection report. Even Gio, told me that it makes no sense to buy a vehicle that is in such horrible condition. I told him to refund my $8500 since i couldnt get bck the $695.00, he send me several more vehicles that were higher priced but lower in year however none of what i wanted. He gave me access to their website but did not see anything else i liked..I had to inquire several times on the status of the refund...LOW AND BEHOLD THEY REPOST THE CAR VEHICLE ON OTHER WEBSITES AND STATING ITS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION SO SOMEONE ELSE CAN BE INTERESTED AND THEY CHARGE THEM $695.00 NONREFUNDABLE TO THEN TELL THEM THE VEHICLE IS NO GOOD AND THERE GOES YOUR MONEY...AND THEY WILL KEEP DOING IT OVER AND OVER AND KEEP CATCHING PPL...BAD FOR BUSINESS.

Purchased a 2012 Ford F250 from Rick. He's the best! He really takes the time to show you the different cars that are available. I really liked the whole process, he gave us access to their auction site so I could take my time researching the cars from home. It took me a few weeks to find something I liked... and when I wanted to purchase, I just called Rick up and he made it happen. The car was purchased and then shipped over to their location the following week. We chose to get the car inspected to confirm that the truck was in good shape and in working order, prior to purchasing and shipping. I would definitely recommend this to anyone planning to purchase a car. Overall, everything worked out great! Rick and the rest of the crew there were awesome. Thank you!

I would not recommend any one buying a car from this place. I bought a infinity qx56 from this place and they told me they personally went and checked the car and told me it was in good condition however when I got the car it was not even able to start. Originally they told me I will have a 14 day return policy and once I realized there was numerous amount of complaints in the car and I tried to return it, they told me there is no such thing. I spend $2300 just to get the car to start and now i have to spend a lot more to just drive safely. I absolutely would not recommend any one even thinking about getting a car from here. I got scammed by them and I am writing this so someone else won't either.

I am pretty sure they are scam even though I didn't buy from them. They posted a lot of ads of good vehicles with super low price on Craigslist. I called them for the vehicle, they told me it is available and very friendly and trying to get me pay them the deposit. However, when I try to get more information they start to evade me. First they told me the car is available to view on the auction "across the street". Then they start to evade my calls. I just want to share this information with all the potential customer. Keep yourself alert when dealing with these people.

Just Don't Do It Folks !!!! Read all the one star reviews and believe them 100%. If you want to part with your $495 then give it to hurricane or earthquakes victims not to these unprofessional scammers. Research what "Savvy Scamming" is. All they're after is your nonrefundable fee. They advertise cars that don't really exist then send you a bogus inspection report and tell you the vehicle is in such a bad shape that "for you own protection and safety" they can't really sell it to you. Then kiss your deposit good bye. Bait and switch pros.

They requested a deposit to start the process. I Paid the deposit on Thursday and they vehicle promise to deliver the vehicle on Tuesday of the next week. The following week I contacted them and was told its still been process. Two weeks no vehicle, called many time and been put on hold for more than half hour and no one wants to talk to me. The forth week after going back and forth I was told that the vehicle is no longer forsale due to a mechanic lean on the vehicle, when requested a refund of my deposit I was told it non refundable.Base on lots of reviews I read after the fact points to them putting nicely price vehicle on line to scam you of your deposit, hope other people does not make the same mistake I did. they are just a bunch of thievesReceived a part of deposit not my entire deposit

I am currently still in the process of doing business with them but As a first time buyer the process is stress free and they are not as pushy As other dealers they respect your opinion if you aren't interested in the cars they have to provide and won't force anything on you as a buyer. And they CLEARLY Tell you that the $495 is non refundable if or if Not you purchase the car They are brokers Currently doing business with Gio is easy and he is very helpful I pick up the car Friday will come back with another reviewThis is a year old I wrote this review and never posted it but GREAT SERVICE

This place is a huge scam!!!! Jeffrey is rude and disrespectful. I caught him in so many lies!!! The professionalism is no where to be found. The communication is at a all time low!! Don’t loose your money and time doing business with these scammers. Jeffrey was nice in the beginning once he got my $495 deposit, my experience was horrific. I’m now having my lawyer take on this company. Wow! What a joke!! If your thinking about buying a car from here. Please take your money someplace else. Keep your money and take your business somewhere else. Bad company!! The worse I’ve seen in years!! Jeffrey went as far as hanging the phone up in my face. I have all the text messages from him stating a ton of promises that are obviously a lie. Don’t go here. I fail to look a the reviews before parting with $495 and what a huge error. Between my lawyer and the reporting to the BBB, I’m sure not many more consumers will get effected by this scam! Anyone with issues please file a complaint with the better business bureau.
