I have shopped at Ashley’s furniture for over 10 years now, mostly in Texas. I was at this location tonight after work around 7pm, wasn’t busy at all.I pretty quickly found what I was looking for but the sales associate stepped away saying she would be back in a minute. After 30 minutes another sales associate finally came by to say the other lady was helping someone else close a bill and I basically had to go through the entire conversation from scratch with this new person.Overall a frustrating experience and it’s a shame I am now going to have to come back another day to get what I needed. Might try Rooms to Go first.

Had a very nice experience buying a sofa and loveseat from Serena @the Davie Ashley Store! Excellent service with no nonsense. Sales manager also was very helpful. Highly recommend this store.

Representative Jonathan Perez was exceptional and handled the transaction with integrity and professionalism giving me the best possible advice while not trying to get a sale. He was very personable and very helpful and knowledgeable. A pleasant shopping experience.

WARNING!!!!!! If you go to the store, stay away from one of the manager named Jordan Nasralla!!!!! He is extremely rude. He maltreats people and speaks discourteous to others.I heard this comment before from others too.Has no ethics to be a manager seriously you better off speaking to someone else for any issues or concerns.

What a great experience shopping at this location. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and helpful, he assisted us in making all the right decisions and was patient with all our questions. Karla the manager was also there for support. Very happy that all the furniture we chose was actually in stock (A+++) and will be delivered in only 3 days. Highly recommend it!

Gretel was an excellent sales rep and helped us find the perfect size, color and style furniture for our home. She was patient while we considered many options. She looked up items we were interested in and provided a lot of information. She was very helpful and we had an excellent experience working with her. We recommend this store and Gretel.

This is the second time purchasing from this Ashley location. I have been extremely happy on both occasions. They have a nice selection and variety of styles and price points. Coincidentally I had Jonathan Perez as my salesman both times. Jonathan is a terrific combination of a salesman who has knowledge of all the products he sells and yet is not pushy in his selling style. If you need to be guided and not pushed while your furniture shopping then Jonathan is the guy!
