When I tell you Bobbie was rude and just obnoxious I never had an issue til now made everything so difficult when all I ask was to move my date 2 days after the due date!

Unbelievably rude and inconsiderate service. They told me what was needed and I brought that and then some. They kept turning it down and blamed the computer stating “we can’t do anything”. Very nasty customer service! Don’t use this company! Just a waste of your time.

Fast and easy, the staff seemed very friendly. Britt was able to answer my questions quickly. Only problem with this location is the plaza it's in; which is not their fault. They are surrounded by restaurants so on the weekends parking is an issue.

Just stopped here because I had to pay my monthly rent (cries) and the staff working was absolutely wonderful and so quick with what they were doing. I was expecting to wait a bit because of the time I got there but I walked in and was greeted and helped immediately!The staff was insanely friendly and they were able to multi-task multiple people without a lull! I was in and out within ten minutes and it only even took that long because I had to set up a new account as the fact I was a new customer.I will for sure be back here to pay for my rent instead of paying an insane convenience fee online!

One of the tellers was so hard to deal with and we basically had to count our own money in front of her in order for her to understand the amount. Crazy. I’d post her name but they just need to do better. Or hire ppl that can count. I’m bad with math and still counted out the right amount.

I just tried to buy a Money order, they asked for my ID and phone number but after 20 minutes of wasting my time they couldn't sell it to me so I walked out and went around the corner to Publix Supermarket and got it after 5 minutes in the store.Thanks for nothing

Went there 2 purchase 2 money orders. They claimed that one bill was not genuine (which was nonsense) without even checking with the color detector (they claimed not to have one). Not only did they not sell me no money orders, they mixed all the bills/coins I arranged for the respective money orders, which was disrespectful. This was the "manager" Yanique who did this. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for! They need cash for check cashing?! Count me out... I will not support this store.
