Supposedly I had my highlights done, they bleached me and then they applied a toner, the first photo shows the supposed highlights, then my hair at the ends turned pink, the first wash, I then had to wait to take a bath stem cells to repair my hair and make my real highlights, which I show in the second photo. Very expensive and bad. I don't recommend it unfortunately

This place is horrible. Don't let your teenage daughter go near this place. They will lie and cheat in order to get paid and hustle innocent teenagers looking for a place to do their hair at a fair price. Believe me when I said this...AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE A "PLAGUE" !!!!

I have been going to Alex Day Spa for many years. They are friendly, professional and very accommodating. In these crazy times of Covid-19 they have gone above and beyond to keep the salon and clients safe. I highly recommend them!

The worst experience of my life , i asked for a baylage / ombre with some baby highlights and i got the worse results once i got home ad detailed my hair . I sent pictures of what it looked like and their response was I only need a toner to fix .... it was so bad i wasn't going to let the same individual touch my hair again and mess up it more than what it was ... i went to another salon and they were shocked about what i brought to them . I had to repay to fix my hair . Because just a toner wasn't going to do the job to fix 4 different colors and chunky ugly highlights after 200+ dollars . Now i can't get a refund after i had to "Zelle" the hair dresser ?????? This is unacceptable
