This company is responsive and serious about meeting your prescribed and covered medical needs. The customer service representatives are careful and courteous. Their delivery was scheduled efficiently and arrived on time, and the deliveryman was pleasant and courteous.

Wish I could give this place a 0 stars. They were so rude, horrible customer service. I don’t recommend if you go there with questions, don’t expect them to get answered.

This company is absolutely the most unprofessional company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. The employees and the manager are rude and literally lie straight to your face. We have been waiting for equipment for over 10 days, every day I call it's a different lie. One of the employees told me an item is on backorder and this is the way of the world, who says that to a customer? The other person who said he was a manager (JOHN) threatened to cancel the order, etc. We have been told the equipment would arrive for three days already, which never happened. Find another company and if for some reason you are sent to this company, switch!!!!! Save yourself a huge headache. I honestly don't know how they are in business.

This organization has no empathy or respect for the elderly. My family had a horrible experience with a bed rental for my grandfather. He is bedridden and it is very difficult for my mother and grandmother to care for him. This company is listed as a preferred Medicare provider. My family rented a full electric bed at the start of 2018. At first all was well, with Medicare covering the rental fee, and my family paying an additional deposit for a fully electric bed.Grandpa needed to be placed in hospice, and the company helping to care for him required he use a bed they provide. We didn't have space in our home for both beds. My family asked Advantage to pick up the bed since it was a rental, which the company quickly did.Grandpa's health improved. He no longer needed to be in hospice. His hospice bed was to be taken back by the care company. When contacting Medicare to explore bed options, my family discovered that they only cover one bed every five years. Medicare informed my family that after 13 months of them paying for the bed, it should have been theirs. My mother reached out to Advantage to review this discrepancy. She was then informed by the Advantage team that she did own the bed Medicare helped her rent. They claimed she had "donated" the bed back to them. Nobody told her this when she had called them to pick it up. She thought it was a rental bed. Otherwise she would have never asked them to come and retrieve it.Advantage told her that she should have read the "fine print", and that they had no obligation to tell her anything about what Medicare would or would not cover. They claim the almost-new fully electric bed was dismantled. When my family called asking about the bed return, they could have said "M'am are you sure you want to return this? Our records show you actually own this and Medicare may not cover it for you if you ever need it again".The Advantage team claim it isn't their job to provide a helpful customer service message because why educate the customer? It is beyond words. Advantage in the end took a bed from an elderly man who cannot move.We will never do business with your team again. Even from a purely business standpoint, why work with a business that doesn't take a small step in helping their customers and ensuring business with them continues? In giving your customers knowledge to grow, you will grow. Shame on you.

My first experience with Advantage Healthcare is when I called to see if the bed they provided could be replaced with one that actually fit my husband and the person I spoke with said that his height is 5'2" and for an additional fee an extender could be provided. First of all the bed looks like it was from the 1940's. Secondly, after reviewing the Delivery Ticket I noticed they height typed was actually 6'0". It seems anyone you speak to at Advantage can't tell a true tale. My second and most important experience is when my husband passed away, I contacted the company at 8AM on a Friday and they promised me that someone would be out THAT DAY to pick up the bed (that my husband died in) and the other equipment. At 5PM no one had come, no one had even bothered with a courtesy call to say we don't pick up over the weekend, which I found out from a third party. Hence, I called again Monday at 7:30 AM and ask that I be given a time frame when someone would be out since I waited all day Friday. At 10AM I called again to get a time frame and was promised someone would call. Over the weekend I called the company and was redirected to leave a message on the voicemail of the Manager and Owner, John Valevich, which I did and told him of their lousy service and said that someone should have at the very least given me a courtesy call - and nothing. I had to look at the bed my husband died in for 3 days and counting. This no way to conduct business especially in this industry. I WOULD ACTUALLY GIVE THIS BUSINESS A -10 RATING!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY TRIED TO CHEAT AN ILL 93 YEAR OLD WOMAN. Medicaid provided a semi electric bed for my mother. The bed was provided and delivered by Advantage Healthcare. A few weeks ago the bed broke down. Headboard side of the bed was not raising up which created a dangerous situation for both my mom and her caregiver. I called Advantage Healthcare to report the problem. I was told "I now own the bed and for $45 someone would come out and see if they could fix it". No mention that Medicare might be able to cover this repair. Their 'repairman', I believe his name is Aaron, came out, crawled under the bed and told me the motor was bad and it would cost me $700 for a new motor. "Better yet", he said, "I can make you a deal and sell you a new bed for $1,000. You're Jewish aren't you" he said. "You know about making deals". A comment totally uncalled for. I told him I would think about it. Something didn't seem right. I called Advantage Healthcare to complain and spoke to the Manager/Owner John. I asked why the repairman did not check the leg/headboard mechanism of the bed as that is where the problem is. John said there is no such thing as a leg/headboard mechanism. The bed is only controlled by the motor. Either I pay them $700 for a new motor or 'take them up' on their offer and buy a new bed for $1,000 or there is nothing else they can do. Again, I suspected that I was being taken and drove over to a local medical supply store in my area and told them of the problem. Their repairman told me that he suspected it was the pulley system in the headboard. He also said that even if the bed needed a new motor, a new motor would NOT cost $700. We set up a time for him to come to my mom's house and check out the bed. He came to the house to examine the bed and determined that the pulley system in the headboard was bad. That was causing the problem. The bed's motor was just fine. The cost of the new headboard was $300 and $45 for labor. Bed is working just fine now. ADVANTAGE HEALTHCARE RIPPED ME OFF. They didn't even tell me that this repair might be able to be put through Medicare. Why should they? They wanted to pocket the money. This extortion and taking advantage of the elderly must stop. I caught on - how many elderly people did not realize they were being cheated by this company, I want the $45 I paid them to be refunded to us. That is the least they can do.
