This is one of the most honest companies I have ever dealt with. Having dropped my printer off for repair I was notified it could not be repaired. Not only did they not charge me a dime for their hour of time in diagnosing the problem, but also said they would dispose of it for me. I find this level of honesty to be refreshing and I highly recommend A1 for all your printer needs.

Extremely helpful, efficient, and nice! Called for service of our work copier, and within a couple of hours Scott was at our office. He quickly solved the issue and he also gave us tips to get better use of our machine. Extremely satisfied. Can wholeheartedly recommend.

I live in Hernando, FL and found A1 through the local printer FGE in Crystal River. They make house calls, thank goodness. They have been wonderful to work with and are very responsive. Very nice people in a family owned business. They are honest and easy to deal with. I ended up having to replace my old printer but they helped me set it up and connect to wifi. I will certainly use them again.

We have to say that we are extremely happy with the services and technical help from A1 Copy Tech. Outstanding customer service. We had to put our Golden Girl-" Blanche" Ricoh MP-4001 to rest after 10 wonderful years of service to our company. Scott came to our brief rescue when a fatal error occurred with Blanche. He gave us the sad news that the SC542 message would be fatal and that it was only a matter of time. Though we expected the worst, & the worst did happen. Scott gave us an affordable alternative should she should leave for good, as this she did. We notified Scott of her passing and 2 days later we were blessed with our new "Copy Cat" Taskalfa 4501i by Kyocera adoption. Her motor skill reactions are super fast and ready for action with a touch of a button. She's Tall, Dark, and Lovely. Came in with only 145 printing miles recorded. She purrrrrrs like a kitty ready to play. Everyone LOVES her. She's in her new forever home. Scott, we Thank You, Eric, and your Team for keeping our budget into consideration and making the purchase of "CopyCat" not as painful.

We called A1 Copy Tech in desperation this morning and they were so helpful! Scott arrived within an hour, fixed our copier very quickly, and waited with me while I used it to make sure it was working well. He gave me several pointers and showed me how to trouble shoot issues on my own. He was so kind and helpful. It was a breath of fresh air after dealing with another company that did not feel our small business was worth their time. I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience with A1 Copy Tech. We look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I can’t say enough about this company ... I’ve known Scott for 7 years and 2 companies I’ve worked for, he always drops what he is doing when I have an emergency like yesterday, it looked like I blew up the smurf village installing toner!!! He came all the way up here from Ft. Lauderdale to WPB to save me!!!! I’ve purchased many copiers from him. He always treats me like family. I HIGHLY recommend this company they go over and beyond!! ❤️❤️❤️

I was in dire need to repair my hp copy and printer machine, a small but wonderful one, when a piece of paper got jammed and was torn apart into pieces inside. When I walked in, I was surprised to see the big machines they were repairing but they assured me they could also work on mine. I certainly recommend this place. I went from Miami to Davie because of the reviews and they were right! They have the experience and the urge to give the best service. Everyone there did A-1 fantastic job at A-1 fantastic price!
