They just want your money that's it. This has been the worst experience I have encountered. Mind you not just me but every customer that came through that night had the same sentiment. First off there is not disclosure of the amount they were gonna charge even after an accident. You have to try to pry all the information from them they will NOT voluntarily let you know how to pay,how to release and how to proceed with the process unless YOU ask all the right questions.
I seriously despise writing such reviews but this business have to do better.
The front desk girl had major attitude. Not helpful, and she's not even trying to give customer service. She was tossing our cards through the window hole and just being plan nasty to my dad, sister and I. This business will not do anything about this issue I have read all the other reviews. All you guys can do is avoid this place at all cost. If you get into an accident in davie area don't let the police decide which towing company to use. I had to shell out $500 for 2 nights of my car being here. They don't say it but there's NO Apple Pay, NO Amex accepted. You have to have your credit card available and ID matching the card. They also charge 3% if you use card debit or credit. So they just wanna take your cash period. ALSO they are NOT open 24hrs. You can only pick up your car until 7pm M-F. really beware
Upon payment we had to wait another 20 minutes to get the car while we see the workers just playing around through the gates.
This place is messed up and they make your stressful situation worst.
Best bet I'll have to complain to their management about this. Ridiculous. Just Ridiculous.

After an Accident, an employee their will attempt to have your car sent to Broward Bodyworks. This is a scam. Broward Bodyworks only deals in cash, Zelle, or check and they will extort you at every opportunity. We gave them a fair shake and were extremely disappointed by their lack of professional etiquette.
Do not send your car to Broward Bodyworks, they engage in predatory practices. If anyone else has experienced this, please reach out.
We will be pursuing legal action.

We own a company with few service vans. One of them broke down at lauderdale lakes and I call them and dispatch told me that about one hour in half before a driver can show up. Call back after two and half hours later, they told me this time that now they don’t have a driver yet. Mean while I have a tech in the middle of the street and they should have told me when I first call that they could not help me and I would have call some one else. Don’t recommend them at all, really bad.

In a rare and an amazing event, superior towing company saved me hundreds of dollars. First of all, they allowed me to come and get my vehicle with only minutes before closing on a Friday. I don’t advise anyone to try this. The woman who is running the window loudest to process payment and retrieve my vehicle which would’ve cost hundreds more to retrieve. There was an unfair towing of my vehicle and they understood the situation. In the long run, this all turned out to be a misunderstanding of neighbors and the sheriffs department was just doing their job. I’ve never experienced such cooperation between law-enforcement and private business. Should you happen to break down and just need a lift definitely superior towing company is the proper choice. They will have my business until I no longer live in Florida. South Florida.
Just remember being a good neighbor and being respectful will get you further than any insult or anger.
