My partner went into open an account. Was told he needed extra paperwork. He asked if he got it and came back can he open an account they say yes. He came back the lady was rude and refused to service him.

I was just in this Wells Fargo Branch, there was a discrepancy with my check being authorized for them to cash it for me. The teller and the manager were both very professional as well as very patient. If you are ever in the Florida area and need a bank to go to, this is the one you want!
