my order was made at 8 and when I got there at 10 my order was not made the chief lead at the moment din’t take 5 min to help me in any sort
, nobody knew how to make a Canva a day before Father’s Day but Alec an amazing employee dint know either but did everything in his power to help me make my husband’s present , That is what customer service is about , Alec 1,000+ Thank you?? keep it up , And for the chief lead please Learn some stuff from your employees like , Customer service & be a better leader and be by your employees side and help them out when needed , not just giving them bad attitude upfront of customers. ALEC KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ??

Pharmacy Gets 1 star.
Kid wearing the Star Wars hoodie at the pharmacy drive through had 0 customer service skills. No name tag, No Walgreens smock. Looks like he just got out of highschool and started working.
Not to Mention, Walgreens is Price Gouging the customer by double the cost. You hear me? Double. Check for yourself. Walmart will now get out service.

The lady(possibly Hispanic)at the drive up pharmacy was quite rude a few mins when I came thru 8/17/03 @ approximately 3:30 ish and it was just so not necessary. I appreciate the service at the drive up that Walgreens offers and this was disappointing.

The customer service was absolutely absurd here while my friend and I were trying to get allergy medication to treat her allergic reaction. A man asked for my friends ID for Benadryl which she didn’t have because I drove us there. I understood the need for ID. He insisted that I pay and show my ID and I agreed. As I gave him my ID he asked my 20 year old friend, “how old are you young lady?” in a snappy tone. Then as she tried to pay with her phone after I showed my ID he swatted her hand away from the machine. Might I add that this was an old white male who had no problem selling Benadryl to me, a young white woman, but was rude to my friend who is black. Absolutely unacceptable.

Very disappointed with the customer service provided by the Manager Sendy. I've filed a complaint with the Corp office. Walgreens owes me a refund of $23.98. Sendy would rather argue an invalid point than to do the right thing and service me the customer. No problem. I hope the $23.98 was worth you being reprimanded for being difficult and argumentative with a customer.

Stayed at an Airbnb close to this Walgreens and they had everything we needed. Nina at the cash register was so kind and helpful. I wish all the stores I go to have employees as helpful as her.

This is the worst slowest pharmacy I’ve been to wanted 50 mins to just ask a question only 3 people in line do not go to this pharmacy it don’t even deserve a 1 star in my opinion!!!!!!!!!!!!!
